In general, too many times that I order online from here to pickup it's never ready by the estimated time. Often I walk in and they haven't even started working on the order, which is always 1-2 thing at most, so they shouldn't take very long. Another time I ordered a fruit and yogurt bowl and they put coconut pieces on it which is not even part of the ingredients for that item. Super annoying since I hate coconut and had to then pick it all off.

Came by on 7/17 @7:12am this location wasn’t open. Although someone was there looking at me pull on the door they got up and walked to the back

Three years ago I was able to get really good service here. Great smoothies, great quality food, no issues at all. As of this year and a little bit of last year, that changed. I’ve gotten smoothies that weren’t blended fully, weren’t made properly. I’ve even gotten smoothies that I didn’t even order. As for the food, they have constantly messed up my wraps or I never end up getting them at all. I usually have it delivered but the drivers always come with one item and they always say “They only gave me one thing and said that was it” when the order says otherwise. I’ve called this store to ask for a manager and to this day I have no gotten a call back. One time was for my wasted points. I got a free smoothie but they gave me the wrong one. And the recent one (7/9/2025) they didn’t give the driver my breakfast wrap. The employee said they took my information and left it for a manager but I have not gotten a call back. This is very frustrating because this one is the closest one to my home and I used to love this location. But I do not have the ability to go to another location in search of better service.
