My experience today was not friendly nor helpful at all. There were 2 female employees working. There were no other customers inside. I was not greeted upon entering the establishment. I ordered online and saw that my order was not in the pickup area so I assumed they were preparing it. I took a seat and waited. After about 2-3 minutes, one of the employees decided to see why I was there. I told her my name for the order and the time I was there it was ready and had not been placed in the Online Pickup area. Very disappointed in the customer service today for this isn’t my first time at this particular TSC. Management, please refresh your staff on how to greet and kindly serve the customers who chose to spend their hard earned $ at your establishment. Thanks in advance.

Went in to redeem my T-Mobile free flatbread sandwich. Had no problems using the app, the sandwich was great, the service was great! I like that you guys have more locations now and offer more lunch options. Also, less expensive and better than Jamba Juice
After having an awful dinner experience we decided to go to our favorite smoothie place and it did not disappoint. The staff tonight (Sunday 6/11) was so great, good conversation, and even made our night by accidentally starting to make another one of our smoothies a second time, and still let us take it home with us! Thanks tropical smoothie for being one of the good smoothie places!!

The teens working this store are consistently slow. No reason it should take 15 minutes to make a smoothie when 3 people are in the store.
