Moved here in summer 2020 and this location was actually decent. Every smoothie made was good. Lately, for the past year or two, everything we order from here is plain terrible. Smoothies are never made correctly, still hard, clamped, or mostly watered down. This area of stores value has declined greatly. Mod pizza across the street (closed down thankfully) and tropical smoothie on Boughton rd now have become disappointing to put it lightly. Every other smoothie location we go to has been great. Yet, this is the only spot we ever have issues with. We just recently gave them yet another try after a gym session and that’s looking like it’s being our last.

Cross contamination. My son is severely allergic to peanut butter. We ordered a yogurt bowl and whoever made it used a spoon or something that was used for a peanut butter dish. If my son ate that, he would be in the hospital or worse. Horrible.

FIRST AND LAST TIME! My boyfriend and I were very excited to try this location. Our Order consisted of 2 smoothies and a sandwich. While taking our order the cashier answered a phone call mid order. He had his phone on speaker and blatantly expressed that he was itching to get out (using profanity). Granted we arrived 40 minutes before closing. He gave us our smoothies first and then asked my boyfriend twice which sandwich he wanted and after that he still forgot to put it in or let his other coworker know about the sandwich order. Then he just left hurriedly right in front us , knowing we had ordered the sandwich and seeing that we were still waiting and standing there for the rest of our order. We waited another 5 minutes and it wasn’t until his coworker asked us why we were waiting. We then explained the situation to her and she told us that he didn’t put in the rest of the order or didn’t tell her about it at all. She apologized , but at that point I really didn’t want the sandwich anymore and told her it was okay to not worry. Very unprofessional behavior on that cashiers part and we will most likely be sticking with Jamba Juice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service could be better compared to other tropical smoothie cafes I’ve been to this one lacks in the customer service part. On a couple of occasions my smoothies were semi melted when ordering for pickup. Other locations I’ve been to they check and make sure to place on the fridge when I don’t make it in time.

This business did not open up at 7 as displayed on website and door. There was no inside all lights put and doors locked and no one answered the phone.

Don’t eat here. Their service is slow. Food is subpar. Check your items for hair, before it’s too late. I ordered a wrap, just to notice that I had a long strand of hair incorporated into the food. I surely didn’t order that. Complaints filed. Awaiting to be contacted. Not to mention, Orkin was there servicing for pest control, while they were open and preparing food. Should have been my sign to exit at that point.

Over priced. Friendly Staff

This location is quiet with friendly service.

Had the Avocolada. Great tasting "healthy" smoothie. Pricey at 8 bucks, but large portion.

First and LAST time coming here. horrible customer service just down right rude! the cashier charles had both earbuds in his ears i wasn’t greeted at all and i had to repeat my order twice and still didn’t get my order right. he was very nonchalant i wasn’t greeted when i came in. i guess i was bothering him by coming in to spend my hard earned money! i’ll never be back here management should retain him seriously he will run the business to the ground!

First things first, I LOVE Tropical Smoothie Cafe. But this location is completely trash. The customer service is some of the worst I have ever received in my entire life and I have been here multiple times. The staff is rude and honestly seem racist. I will never come back.
