If you know this place then, it is what those of us remember about Uncle Remus chicken. I've been a repeat customer for over 30 years. My visit to the Bolingbrook location was good. Good location, parking etc.
It was ok, I walked in and ordered. It took a long time, 20 minutes or so.No air conditioning and no place to sit while you wait. It was hot outside as well as inside, so not a comfortable wait.The chicken itself was good.Probably better to oder ahead of time, then go pick it up.
I called this location to see if they would donate some chicken for the Plainfield East football team dinner. Without hesitation, Vincent said “absolutely!” The boys devoured their chicken and were looking for seconds and thirds. Vincent was very accommodating and we will definitely be back for more!
