Good quality food and portion sizes. The sauce station was one of the best parts of this experience. The fried rice was the best I've had in awhile. The booths for large groups are somehat private, which the introverts with me appreciated. Gratuity is included with the bill so that made tipping a breeze.

While I do enjoy the food and being able to control the time and cook on my food, the service is always terrible. I’m not exactly sure who it is that seats people, but if you ask to be moved to a different table, they always have an attitude. She’s so rude and disrespectful, even if you’re not giving her the same attitude back. Also, the waiters and servers are so clueless when it comes to asking questions about the menu or for any assistance with cooking the food. Are they not properly trained beforehand? I don’t come here regularly, but with the way the staff is acting, it makes me never want to step foot in here ever again. You’re better off heading into the city for Korean bbq rather than coming here.

I was waiting to get seated the waiter ignored us completely. Told us that the waiting time is an hour when we can literally see multiple open seats. That’s ridiculous and not acceptable.

This KBBQ spot is easily one of my favorites. I come here pretty often and the experience is consistently solid every time. Great food, great atmosphere, and top-tier service.

Shoutout to Rhea, Leah, Daisy, and Jay. They’re seriously some of the most attentive servers I’ve had anywhere. They keep a close eye on the table, check in at the right times, and make sure everything runs smooth without being overbearing.

I’ve also brought a large group here before and they were super accommodating. Everything was handled professionally and it never felt chaotic or disorganized, which I really appreciated.

The food quality is always on point and the vibe is perfect whether you’re just trying to relax and eat or you’re there to talk business.

Me and my wife always go to enjoy their lunch specials. Today Monday I wanted to take my kids as well and was told that there is no lunch specials on Mondays or Fridays when there clearly is by this very RUDE Asian skinny lady. I usually deal with a nice Asian man who never gives me a problem because we love comming here but she looked at my family with a sort of disgusted look. I proceeded to show her that her website’s menu clearly says “Lunch Specials Mon-Fri 11:30AM - 3:30PM.” She proceeded to tell me “No that’s google’s webpage.” I showed her it CLEARLY said Wabiq.com. They might have just lost another customer because of her and the treatment she gave me and my family.

Can't speak for the BBQ side. But the Hotpot was great! Soup base had a lot of flavor. I loved the fact the tables were big enough for everything to be placed comfortably and you weren't sitting on top of each other, or other tables. The chicken wings were great with a crunch unlike anything ive ever had before. Great selection of meats, veggies, and noodles. Being able to order at anytime via the kiosk helped in the service being speedy and well timed. Prices were the same as going to Happy Lamb or Happy Pot and after today, we'll only be coming here from now on!

Meat is good but vegetables especially corn cheese are subpar. The countdown timer on the iPad really makes you rush through your meal which makes whole dining experience terrible. Plus we were charged 18% service fee for only two adults and one baby even though it stated in the menu that service fee will only be charged for table of 4 or more.

The fried rice is horrendous. Its nothing like the picture on the menu. The meat was low tier grade. The meat was not great flavors or tender. Alot of food yes but id say for the taste and quality it's over priced. They force gratuity. And lock you into paying more money if you don't finish your food. It feels very pushy and not realxed. And the host who sat us made me very uncomfortable while speaking to us about the menu. Not very professional behavior. Wouldnt ever go again. $50 I spent woulda been better off at Fogo de chau. Chama de gucha. Or the japense BBQ in naperville. This Wabi Q is very mediocre.
