I can not say enough good things about this place. It was our families 1st time and Simon was just the best, very thorough, explained everything and was just kind. He made us feel welcomed. Being Hispanic in a korean place was just so nice. Thank you so much. The food btw was sooo good. It's like being at a Mexican BBQ and making great caldo. We've eaten here a few times now. Only tried the hot pot.Our 4 year old loves the quail eggs.Staff is very nice and attentive. The food is great. It's a good price for hotpot compared to other places we've tried. And is not overly busy so we can get seated every time we come.Kid-friendliness: They are super nice with children, and the tables are long so you can sandwich a toddler between 2 adults for easy control.

Hmmm cannot believe they Close at 9:30, and the last call at 8:30! One hour before close?? Or the lady just doesn’t want to take us at 8:30? And it is not like the kitchen cook the food, the hotpot and bbq are cooking by ourselves! So I don’t understand why they cannot get us in at 8:30

Having a combination option for both Korean-style BBQ and hot pot is a dream come true. Great place to bring a hungry family or a group of friends. Incredibly friendly and attentive staff. The beef, pork, and lamb were incredibly delicious! Highly recommend and would definitely revisit.

It is hard to compare to other Korean BBQ places. The atmosphere is bland, the service is lacking and the food could be better. Wabi-Q could use some fresh decor and larger grills. Unless you come in a smaller group, don't expect to have a pleasant experience. One thing for sure that was very unpleasant was the unfortunate running out of base foods such as rice, one item that should be abundant. Service was not there. I had no clue if the dinner rush was too much for the servers to handle or what. Even our drinks were delayed. For a random event, Wabi-Q was nice to try out, but not to continually go. The portions do not feel like they are appropriate for the party size that they are meant for. There is a sauce statio, which usually, the sauce is served to you at different restaurants. And the sauce station is closed before you finish the food. So stock up before it's gone.The only thing that needs plenty of sauce is the steak, its unpleasant without sauce. All in all, I would not recommend it for a bigger group than 4 or so. Read the reviews. Expect the type of service that you read in the reviews.
first time eating here, the service is really slow, and the server assigned to us is ignoring us when we're asking for our 2nd batch, it took them 1 hour to serve for our second batch, one of my friend needed to ask one of the crew for them to give us our food, and our server is really rude and is not approachable, and they even charge us for 18% service charge which is not freaking worth it. I'm never going back to this place again.

The restaurant was definitely skimping on the food. I guess they were serving more disappointment than portions. Only two bows of rice for a party of 9, then magically they didn’t have any anymore. Then the waiter was just looking at us like she didn’t want to serve anything anymore. Horrible service! Paying $400+ for that type of service and disappointment.
