This was an absolute Valentine's Day extravaganza had no fails. Only positives would do this again next year to start a tradition and the staff so accommodating and felt like they actually wanted to be there. Thanks again for a great Valentine's Day dinner.

What a great, clever, and fun way to spend Valentine's Day. The restaurant was decorated with festive decorations and the staff was very friendly and eager to make sure one had a good time.

First time with the Valentine's Day dinner at the castle and we loved it! Restaurant did a great job with decor and making the night special. A fun alternative to the special day.

I was not impressed, if you wanted to buy 4 chicken sandwiches or chicken rings.( same as white. Castles, ) That you had to purchase them in 2 packs, why don't they have them in packs like the white castles or a case that you can split, half white castles, half chicken sandwiches or chicken rings and raise it $2 or $3 bucks or $5 w fries. Just a way to cost the consumer more money! Do they really care about the customer?As long as they've been around, you would think so....? What's really messed up Is I haven't ate there and about 3 to 4 years, All I've seen is prices go up. And no additional deals to help the consumer! Can't ratethe inside as we went through drive through, the person that waited on us it was very nice.

Ya'll are so wrong for this my momma waited around 10 mins just for the food to be wrong how do you get 2/4 sandwiches wrong and how does the front and second window person fail to add sauce to the sliders, and fail to add the sauce to the onion rings after being asked to multiple times at the window and after ALL THAT TIME. You were already getting chewed out by another customer which is why it took so long. you could've made the order while the other person dealt w the customer are ya'll deadass?
It has been SO long since I have had White Castle. My husband and nephew had never had it, and they thought it was great. Team members were working hard, but not always aware of the customers. Restaurant itself was dingy, and not inviting. Soda machine needs some mantanace done. At least Briggs the machine, maybe missing some soda nozzles? The CO2 to BIB ratio was way off.
