Terrible Customer Service. Placed an appetizer with dinner and never received it. Called the restaurant and the lady was rude and hung up on me after saying I was never charged for the appetizer. They charge a 4% credit card usage fee. Is this the 1990's? Not going back.

Zen House does mostly carryout but you could dine in if you wanted to. Their food is flavored well and all the different dishes I've tried have always been great. The people at the counter taking your order are very kind and respectful.

Haven't been here in several years and recently decided to give it a try once again. I ordered several items and was generally disappointed with each item.Either flavor was lacking, was overlooked or seemed like something was just "missing". Food temperature was off as well.Sorry to say, I probably won't be back.

First time here and won’t be back. For $10 it’s the smallest chicken lo mein I’ve ever seen and there were two pieces of chicken in it, each one about the size of a dime. Fail.

This is super close to my house, but just not my favorite Chinese spot. We ordered from here on a Monday because Sesame Chinese is closed. It is quite pricey. The shrimp egg rolls were meh. Chicken teriyaki sticks were good, and Sesame chicken was tasty. In my opinion, this isn't the place to replace a Golden Chopsticks craving. Their prices are quite high and the quality is nothing special.

I have my own fave place where to go but they were closed on Monday, so i figured i would try this place out. Biggest mistake of my life. Me and my son had Sesame chicken with chicken fried rice and egg rolls, food was terrible. No flavor, seemed like instead of make it fresh, they just heat up frozen food and serve you. The prices are outrageous never again will i go there. $50 for 2 of us to eat, yes the portion was as big as the other place i go to, but price is 2.5 times more expensive. We both disliked it that we did not finish and just theough left pvers in the trash. If you want good chinese food, go try China House II on Weber by Jewel, you will not regret.
