Not that I wouldn’t recommend the Bonnie Cafe in Bonnie but sure hope you get a different server than we had (Laura). Unfriendly, inattentive,brought our food and then was not to be seen again. Had to ask twice for hot sauce and didn’t bring the piece of cake that was supposed to come with dinner. She appeared to not want to be there. The other server waiting on neighboring tables seemed to be excellent. Food was delicious

While camping at Rend Lake, we went in for a delicious breakfast! Seeing a sign for all-you-can-eat crab legs, we returned for supper. The food was delicious & service was very friendly! Prices are reasonable, and servings are generous. We will be back!

Super great service and of course the food is great as well. Their menu is extensive and they offer daily specials which include many options for your dining pleasure! ☺️ One morning they even had entertainment! Worth a visit to at least one of their many locations!
Vegetarian options: I think vegetarians should find something from their menu to fit their diet. Staff/crew would more than likely accommodate vegetarians if YOU'RE NICE!

6 of us stopped on a whim and the food was fantastic! The blackberry pie is amazing! Other menu items we really enjoyed included: bluegill sandwich, baked ham, fried porkchop, country fried steak, and the ribeye sandwich.

I do not frequent this location much, however I am forced to share my recent experience. I came in, literally as one of the last customers for the day, and I mean they didn’t rush me out or make me feel uncomfortable, however what I did notice is a rather long hair on my burger. This has happened to me multiple times and unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I will chime in though, that they did offer to remake my meal granted i didn’t complain right off the bat. I do not like to complain. All of us are trying to do the best we can, and I have no doubt that the staff here do the best they can to please their customer base. Do not take my review as a sign that you shouldn’t eat here, but instead be patient with the folks who run this store and every other small business, and when you have an issue, say something. I would’ve said something, but fear kept me back. God bless Bonnie cafe and their staff, for they work very hard to do what they can.

Ordered a steak dinner cooked medium and got it well done and hard also didn’t get a straw with my drink as it was watery or any type of silverware to eat my food. Last time I will order from this place

I placed an order with the Bonnie cafe in Bonnie Il. On the website it said west frankfort but it was actually Bonnie that got the order since west Frankfort doesn’t do on line orders. I went to west Frankfort Bonnie to get my order 15 mins ahead of the pick up time given. Went in and they explained all this to me. Called the Bonnie cafe for me and they refused to return my money. Stating I could cancel my order but I wasn’t getting my money back! It is a 30 min drive to this particular site. Sooooo long story short, I had to re order at west frankfort Bonnie cafe. Pancakes and scrambled eggs with Bonnie cafe cost approximately 27.00.if u include call in order The ladies at west frankfort were very helpful and nice and I appreciated their help. The reason they wouldn’t refund my order from Bonnie cafe Bonnie Il. Was supposedly because my order was already made. I arrived 15 mins early and called them immediately with help of waitress in west Frankfort. BEWARE of ordering from Bonnie cafe Bonnie Il!!
