ok a rack of ribe is 15 to 16 ribs but here is 6 vary short ribs for a half rack like thay were cut in halfeven at the low number of 15 per rack my math show thay 7 is less then half and a ribs is longer then 3 to 4 inchesguess I got less then a quarter rack for my moneysad that that think ppl don't know there ribslast year was different I got what I paid for at the same placeway to treat your customers
