Food wasn't fresh. It just tasted like it had been sitting out for a bit. The fried Mac and cheese was burnt and room temperature. The rest of my food was room temperature.

THE DRIVE THRU SERVICE IS A JOKE. ON 12.29.24 my family and I were on our way back home from a wrestling tournament. We were just ready to head back home, so we settled with drive thru, and Arby's sounded good. First off, I had to say something to get the persons attention, after sitting there for a good few minutes. When she got on, she was laughing so hard she couldn't ask me what I wanted, so I gave her time to settle down, and I said my 1st order, she could barley comprehend that, and proceeded to tell me to pull forward for my total. I said "oh no, I am not done, I am ordering more, I'm sorry for the confusion..." her reply was a HUFF.. LIKE SHE WAS ANNOYED WITH ME. I shook it off and thought maybe I was reading into it to much and she didn't mean it.. as I go to tell her what else I wanted, she snapped back at me so fast to tell me to " hold up a minute. You are ordering 2 different things and UGH!!" ON TOP OF THAT, I COULD HEAR THE OTHER WORKER GIGGLING AT US IN THE BACK GROUND. I was silent, in disbelief that those 2 GROWN middle ages women are acting like children. I DROVE OFF. I got a GREAT look at both of their faces as I drove off. THEY WERE STANDING IN THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW LAUGHING AND WAVING AT ME..... And they want paid $15 an hour? They don't deserve to have a job, and I am not the person to wish ill will upon anyone, but I sure hope they can take it when it's given right back to them when Karma makes her appearance in their life. So my family and I Will NEVER EVER. AND I MEAN NEVER will go back to that Arby's.
Kid-friendliness: The 2 female workers were so inappropriate, they shouldn't be allow around kids.

Made an order yesterday and was told 3 minutes for my chicken to be done and waited for 20 minutes before going in to get my food. They had my food bagged up and it's almost like they forgot I was there. Wasn't even busy, arbys is expensive anyway. Should've just went to McDonald's or Chipotle instead, can't even order online on the app properly too. No rewards points system either, I'm done with Arby's the food isn't even that good. I could name countless other places with better food that won't charge me and arm and a leg and won't leave me waiting for 20 minutes like I wasn't even there
Food was good unfortunately the price gave me buyers remorse, I know the Biden economy has prices high on everything, but need an economy menu or a 5 dollar combo like Wendy's, McDonalds and BK. Maybe reg roast beef small fries small drink for 5 bucks, slow sales means high waste pump some life into your company like the others have that's why there drive thru is wrapped around the building and yours isn't.

This location is an absolute joke. Not only is there food sub par any time I order delivery my order is always incorrect or straight up inedible the only time I’m happy with what I buy is when I go in store and ask for fresh tenders otherwise it’s just rock hard breading with no meat in it. Any time I try to order the burger when it comes out I’m never given the bacon it comes with or the extra I paid for I ask to remove toppings and the absolutely smother the burger in sauce and all the things I don’t want it’s almost like they don’t want any business definitely lost mine for good.

I ordered from doordash almost every week, hoping they will get it right Everytime I do I'm a little more disappointed last time before this ordered sweet tea received a diet Coke this time ordered a sweet tea and got absolutely nothing thank God I did a double dash and ordered a jug of sweet tea...Double check the order before handing it out simple solution, did it many years as a McDonald's lead/crew. The food I will have to say I give a 4 out of5 it was pretty good
