Always treated well by them except when a couple of teens were there and another person a while ago. I have big pretzel lovers with my kids so always get a large order of whatever they have. Sadly gone since also located in a dying mall.

No online order, no phone to call, only physical location, and when you get there its a 30 minute wait for him to make your food, if he has the stuff. No mini hot dogs till april, and its march 10th. No dough ready till 1 and its 11:30. Why are you even open? Why have an online order conection if you dont want people to use it?

I wish I could give them no stars but that isn't possible. Everytime I go in here they tell me they only have salted and unsalted pretzels, no flavors, if I wanted to pay $4 for a regular pretzel I would go down the street to walmart and buy a box to make myself. This is honestly the worst service I've ever recieved from any business.
