If I could give this location ZERO Stars, I would. They are advertising FREE DELIVERY. They fail to disclose that they are in a legal contract with DoorDash at the moment. I placed my online order for delivery at 2:23 pm. I received an email message confirming my order and it said my delivery time was 2:59 pm. After 3 pm and no notification from DoorDash, I reached out to Baker’s Square. I had the NOT so pleasurable Store Manager, Pamela K. She informed me that my order had been sitting by the registers for over 20 minutes. I don’t know why the $70 worth of food was left sitting carelessly upfront by the registers. Doesn’t seem safe with COVID either and didn’t keep the $70 worth of food warm. I called DoorDash and I was told that since Baker’s Square paid DoorDash, they are ultimately responsible for my food being 40 minutes late and cold. Not edible at all. And Pamela K. Informed me very unprofessionally and rudely that I had other options, like picking up the food. lol She sure didn’t wanna cook up another order of French Fries. Don’t patronize this poor excuse of a restaurant.

We just picked up breakfast and it was amazing! Easy pick up and the service from Pam was great! Our 2 year old loves the kids smiling pancake with bacon! And we had to get pie of course because it is the best!

Just left Bradley location. I was completely happy with my food. It wasn't until after I finished and went to take drink of my water and noticed how discustingly DIRTY the glass was!

Great staff good food and Matt makes you feel like you are family.

The food was dried out & disgusting. Pie was ok. I can see why these restaurants are ckising, they used to be good.

Our meal was delicious and the service superb.

The food is always fresh and delicious. Service is friendly. Great for a family sit down meal as well.

Great experience but im sorry Baker Square but you need to figure out a better entrance off the street directly to your establishment, because the one you have now is useless i went back to i57 and had to turn back around to find the entrance and only entrance closest to steak n shake a d then had to cut thru there to get in the parking lot of Bakers Square. Horrible i was thinking this would be easier to get to and get back on highway instead of going to the LaGrange Baker Square. But after all this the timing would have put me the same distance going to that location and i wouldnt have gone thru the frustration part of this visit!! Need a sign or something needs to be done. Im sure im not alone on this one and im sure its not the 1st you have heard of this complaint. Needs to be fixed.

First time going there they are polite there would recommend for everyone to go check out amazing food

We had been here several times and the service and food was always excellent, but today they really went above and beyond. The waitress, Sarah, was very attentive and kind, and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. To the waitress with the brown ponytail manning the register - thank you, your kindness made my wife’s day :)

Good was very delish,very nice atmosphere and,great service. Will be going back!!
