We wanted a pulled pork sandwich. The waitress said they were out of it but they had pulled pork on Mac and cheese or pulled pork on a burger. We ordered juat a burger an it was so ddy we sent it back. At that point, I asked why thwy couldn't just put the pulled pork that goes on the mac and cheese on a bun? And then she said we can't do that because we don't know how to sell that for what price. Then why couldn't they just give us a burger with pulled pork and keep everything off but the pulled pork? She really just did not want to give us a pulled pork sandwich! Then never offered to do anything when we said the burger was horribly dry and didn't taste right.

There are minimal options here in Bourbonnais, but as far as sports bar type places go....choose the other options. We found in their drinks menu a happy hour option...so we ordered from that menu. To start the listed prices aren't what's advertised, so friendly reminder always check your bills. For an app we got the chips and queso. The chips and the queso were virtually flavorless. The only perk was that it was warm. For main courses, I got the boneless hot wings- which had a nice crunch but we're mostly just breading- and my husband got the blackened shrimp tacos. These were rough. They were missing the sauce and cheese and for the price two of those looked sad. He also got the curly fries which looked like they'd bought them from the store and barely air fried them like I do at home. For drinks, again, their menu wasn't correct so the beer my husband wanted wasn't available and my BASIC margarita was really not good. We won't be returning. The only positive was the waitstaff was nice, while not very well acquainted with their menu.

Well went to order today some food for family and was told by manager that they couldn't deliver to us because our service isn't big enough to order only businesses. They've delivered here before many of times. Very upset with the answer I got.

Ordered a surf and turf and got the most burnt and dry piece of steak. It was hands down the most disgusting steak I have ever been served. The shrimp was undercooked and had a bad flavor. The mashed potatoes were okay, nothing to complain about there and same with the fries. But the main course being $20 for the two worst entrees I’ve ever ate is a joke and I am beyond upset
