Brickstone Brewery Production Facility

You think at a brewery you would get a beer menu when you sit down nope not here. the server james was horrible the 1st time last year and I'm surprised he's still here. you guys should have a beer flight or have a waiter that explains the menu. the host tried to sit us with a baby at a high top stating that the high chair would be tall enough. no it is not. never checked on us and the beer was flat there was no head on it at all. skip this place. we drove from Evergreen park since for some reason my husband likes this place. portions went down and service sucks. save your money and don't go here. and yes I am a GM of a restaurant so I know service. I will not be back. also my son had a cheddar burger looks like this cheese was scraped out of a cheese dip container. he took it off. GROSS!

The food and service were bad!!

This was our first time visiting the grounds of their production area. We came for the Bourbonnais food truck festival. The brewery did a great set up. They made it extremely roomy, they have a band live music and an animal exhibit area. There was so many different food items to sample. We had a great time.

Ordered the half rack of babyback ribs. They looked like st. Louis style instead of babyback. Menu said with slaw. No slaw. The potato soup was tastey but only warm, not hot. While I expect bbq to be well done. These were almost burnt ends. The good. Reasonable prices. A variety of stuff on the menu. Friendly staff. Very popular. It was highly recommended to me. However I will not go back.

Brickstone, in my opinion, is like many other sports and grill bars. The prices, noise level, friendly staff, seating, can all be as expected like many other sports bars. So if your regular go-to hangout is busy, heres a back-up, or perhaps, the new go-to!
