I go to Chipotle pretty often, and it's pretty much always a bad experience. My online orders are always either incorrect or skimpy on portions, and the workers always seem so unhappy even though they try to be pleasant, and the place is usually a mess with overflowing trash. We like the food, but it's hard to justify paying such high prices for a bowl that's less than half full.

I don't know what all the hype is the rice is not all the way done and the if you don't eat onions DON'T eat the tomatoes its has cilantro and onions the portions are small 3 out of 10 for me

Dont order delivery/takeout, they will not be capable of putting the right ingredients and will put barely fill it. Got a remake on a pickup order that was completely wrong with less than half of the bowl even filled, left after supervising the remake with what I actually ordered and it was twice the size and not missing 4/8 ingredients!

I observed 1 of the line workers wiping the line counter off with her gloves. Didn't change her gloves and started preparing orders with the same gloves on. Then I saw a guy sweeping the floor in the kitchen area then took the same broom put it over the stove to knock something down out of the overhead fans. I just walked out of the store!!!! No way will I ever eat here again. DO BETTER BECAUSE PEOPLE CAN GET SICK!!!!
