I don’t know what to say. Just terrible experience. Either their staff don’t know how to read or they just don’t want to do their job. I ordered online a veggie bowl, no customization yet they messed up. They only had rice beans and fajitas added to my bowl. This is the third time they ruined my lunch. Never going order again.

The food is good. However, they are not very generous with their portions and for the price, it’s a rip off, and they charge you if you ask for ANYTHING extra. They also seem to run out of ingredients a lot. I’ve gone twice within a couple weeks, and both times they were out of stuff. Then today I tried going to order some food in the restaurant, and the doors were locked and I was told they were only doing online orders. Seems like a management issue. They’re not ordering enough ingredients for the demand in this area, which is a decent sized area. That’s probably why portions are also small, which means they are cutting corners to gain more profit. At least thats what it looks like to me. $20 for a portion that could fit in my hand (which I have small hands) is outrageous. I’ll just go down the road to El Burrito Loco from now on. They at least are cheaper, delicious, and give fair portions.

On Jan 17th 2025 around 8:30pm My husband and I went to the Bourbonnais IL Chipotle. A young girl white girl with reddish brown hair and had a large tattoo on her arm of koi fishes and cherry blossom was the first one to take my order. I told her I wanted a veggie bowl with 4 large tortillas. She puts rice in the bowl then I realized I didnt have lettuce in my bowl so I asked her if I mentioned it was supposed to be a salad bowl. She said no. Then dumps my rice back in the metal serving tray. She then puts the lettuce in the bowl and adds back the scoop of rice. (I was expecting her to put the lettuce on top of the rice) I made the mistake and forgot to tell her super greens veggie bowl. I normally order the same thing every time I go to Chipotle. But I had a pregnancy brainfart or something and forgot what it was called. That was my mistake. After she put the lettuce with the rice I told her I wanted beans. She grabs another empty bowl and puts beans in there. My husband looks at me confused and says Did you order 2 bowls? I told him no. So she said Oh you didn't order 2 bowls? I told her No. So she grabs the bowl, stood there holding the bowl of beans for a few seconds huffs & puffs then rolls her eyes and throws the bowl with the beans away in the garbage. Which made no sense because all she had to do was dump the beans in my bowl of lettuce and rice then throw the bowl away. I'm not sure where she heard that I wanted 2 bowls. Even my husband said he's dont understand where she heard me saying I another bowl or a separate bowl of beans. I understand mistakes happen but her huffing and puffing with the dramatic eye roll was very unnecessary and unprofessional. It made me uncomfortable and I wanted to walk out and go somewhere else but stayed because my husband wanted Chipotle. She then grabs another scoop of beans out of the serving tray to put in my bowl which was so wasteful when she couldve just dump the bowl of beans that she threw away with my bowl of lettuce and rice to begin with. When I got my food and sat down to eat, The food tasted so bland. I dont know if it was because my bowl was missing some ingredients. I normally order my bowl with the bell peppers and corn but they didn't have any this day. The portions I was given was way smaller than what im usually given. I usually can make 3 medium burritos but I could only make 2. On top of that my rice wasnt all the way done cooked, I had to eat my food with rice that was still crunchy. I was very disappointed with my service and food at this location.

I usually always go to chipotle when I am in Bradley but lately they have been stingy I ordered a burrito got half of a scoop of crunchy rice than got black beans that were watered down completely the thing is I don’t even get a full scoop I got steak as well and it was just fatty pieces to finish off my burrito I got cheese at first she put two little shredded pieces so I asked for more eight times and she just got stinger. I do not think that I will be going to this location from now on and I know other chipotles aren’t as stingy as this.

Figure to stop here on the way home since the next closest Chipotle to my house is this one. (40 minutes away) Get my order going and come to find out they're out of shredded cheese at 5 o'clock on a Saturday night!!!?? Kind of a really bad planning on management. Very disappointed we couldn't get cheese on our burrito bowl or burritos. Not the kind of service or quality I expect from a Chipotle that's for sure. Guess I'll start going back up to Joliet.

Been here numerous times and I no longer order carry out because they barely give you any food. Today I ordered and they barely gave me any chicken so I proceeded to let the worker know I need more. He caught an attitude with me. I’m pregnant and I don’t need workers stressing me out over portion sizes- get it together! Be respectful of us pregnant folk we are just hungry and trying to make it through our day!!
some trash😭 yall ain’t put jack in my bowl half a scoop of guac i pay extra for barely rice no chicken most important part. pay 25 dollars for two bowls that equals damn near one. then at the end lemme throw some more lettuce on to make it look enough

Thought we'd try this location again after having terrible experiences before and it's the same - nothing has changed. Bought a lg. bag of chips only to get a handful in the bag and they were stale. Two orders were incorrect and all 5 orders were lacking ingredients or had an over abundance of something else.

Decided for our family dinner tonight, that we should eat Chipotle. You know that news about “portions” and Chipotle absolutely sucking for it. It’s absolutely true.
All I gotta say, is if you hate working here, maybe look somewhere else! We weren’t greeted tonight. My husband dealt with a worker with short black hair. “You getting something? What do you want?” We understand get to the point and don’t expect to be treated like we’re entitled? But maybe a simple Hello? or we would even accept a “What’s up?”—My husband repeated back, “What do I want?” because he was shocked at the greeting, and ended up getting like 10 pieces of chicken for it. It’s okay to be kind and say hello, but as a working mom and dad who’s trying their best. Can we at least get the same portions if we’re paying for it?
It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Chipotle. Usually it’s good but this time was VERY disappointing. They gave me a lot of bean and skimped out on the rest. I had to ask for more chicken because the worker gave me not even a half scoop of chicken. The chips are salty. I was not a happy camper when I left.
