Two things irritated me about this place today. 1st. The big girl with the purple hair who was not wearing a nametag was very rude and snippy. 2nd. She put my food in a bowl and it got left on the counter for 7 minutes before my bowl was finished while she tried to figure things out. All this was while some guy was interrupting everyone while he was conducting an audit or doing inventory. And was made things worse was the cashier just sat at the register staring at the food growing cold and no one was helping to get the line of orders process. Terrible experience.

Way overpriced. We got a carne asada bowl and a salad plus two drinks - total bill was $42. They forgot to tell us the guacamole & queso on the carne asada was extra. On top of that the carne asada meat was so tough my husband threw half of it away. It was his first visit to a Chipotle and needless to say, it will be his last.

Worst service ever I seen in my entire life, I bought a Veggie bowl without grilled Veggies just because they out, no lettuce, no guacamole just because they out at 9:00 pm today, they said you can not sit inside just because they just sweep the floor they closed lobby at 9:00 but walking customers can take their food till today, I asked discount because I bought 2 Veggie bowl without any veggies, they don’t have any discount like that
No black beans, no steak, no vegetables during a time when the dining room is 1/4 full. Do you really want to sell me a $12 burrito with a 1/4 cup chicken on a tortilla and nothing else? Terrible.

First time eating at a Chipotle and will definitely be back. A little on the pricey side but well worth it. Paid $20 for a bowl that was heavy as all get out but I could only eat half. Saving the other half for tomorrow.

Stopped in at 1pm on a weekday. The person who built my bowl was curt and almost comically slow putting on her gloves, but my real concern was that the food, particularly the steak, was bland and tasted a bit off. The steak was also gritty, which lead me to think it’d been reheated more than once. I checked the reviews on here to get an idea of trends and found cleanliness and cost-cutting have been an ongoing issue. I decided to toss my food rather than risk getting sick…but if that happens I’ll be sure to update.

Sunday 8/17, terribly understaffed. Waited in line 15 minutes, my order was thrown together into the bowl and sat on the counter while online orders were made. I refuse to pay for food that sits and gets room temp, so i walked out. Can't comment on the food but they needed twice the number of people working behind the counter.
Always nice and clean, workers are friendly and services fast!
