Came in and the manger had beat headphones on and ignored me then finally turned around when i asked about fresh chicken and was told they don’t drop any chicken after 8:30 , (mind you they close at 10:00) a very tall girl said “What we got up is the freshest your gonna get” Wont be back anytime soon terrible service and location

I don't understand how they offer country fried steak yet never have the gravy for it. Every time i come here I ask if they have the white gravy for country fried steak. The lady behind the counter always answers no with the funkiest attitude.

This store just open up a few months ago start it off great, I usually pop in this restaurant they use at least once a week due to my travels I have seen the decline in this store worse and worse every week need to get rid of the whole staff and management and start from the beginning all over again it's a shame how to store has gone down the drain I feel really bad for travelers that stop to get gas and decide to get something to eat especially churches you don't find too many Churches Chicken at a travel stop corporate need to close this store down immediately for a good cleaning and sanitizing it hired some mature individuals to run this place I can be one of the persons that run this place PS also the barbecue place next door it's just as bad

Absolutely awful place. Staff were not friendly and food was disgusting. Chicken was hard. The regular fries I had were all of 5 fries. Apart from all of that, I waited 15 minutes for a basic chicken sandwich. No warning before ordering or apogoly after it was done… so much for Fast Food! Avoid at all costs.

Under cooked and under portioned. Ordered a Large Okra and looks like a small. Jalapeño bombers were under cooked. Ladies had attitude and don't wanna do things right. They don't wanna make more food and keep telling customers They don't have anything. Please corporate do something!

This place and the BBQ place next door is the worst, management doesn’t care about customers. Anthony the manager was nowhere to be found to assist with a locked POS, they will be out of business soon.
