Solid experience for affordable prices, but the quality here is somewhat inconsistent. Most times it's acceptable, sometimes it's outright bad.

It's a nice cozy place. A family setting. With awesome food and excellent BlackBerry pie. And the best fried chicken and pan cakes. Exactualy, everything Ive ordered or sampled was delicious.

So I'm venting here....the food itself was a 9 out of 10. Not a 10 because I asked for crispy bacon, and it was rubbery. Sent it back and it was microwaved to "crisp" it. Another thing I'm totally not a fan of is when you order the Old Timers Breakfast, you get your choice of grits (yuck), apples( too sweet) or hashbrown CASSEROLE (yuck). I don't really like any of these, but ordered the casserole, only to waste it (because I don't like the onions in it). Maybe make a casserole with NO ONIONS, Cracker Barrel? OR, how about an option for REGULAR hashbrowns, with NO upcharge? That would be great! So, how about making that an option, Cracker Barrel??

The only thing I don't like about the take out, is they use these bags that do not hold the dinner containers flat. They turn side ways in the bag and everything runs together. The juice from my chicken dumplings was in the fried apples compartment this happens a lot. I would say change the to go bags they are way to big.
Thanks

Ordered chicken noodle soup. Have never had bad soup at Cracker barrel until you today. Was. Supposed 2 B chicken noodle. Couldn't find the chicken. Usually like a stew, but, today so watered down., no taste! Couldn't even eat it!

This is our local Cracker Barrel and we come here about once a month for down home cooking. Chicken is outstanding and catfish is the best outside of the south. The sides give us a chance to get fried okra, beans, and cornbread. Nothing fancy, just good food at a fair price. My wife usually gets an item or two from the store to mail to our granddaughter.

My daughter & I had a very good meal, the side dishes were cold we mentioned it to waitress & she brought us new ones that were steaming, very good. Our waitress was also quite nice & helpful there to fill water & coffee without asking. Will certainly go back to Cracker Barrell when we can

Everything was excellent and the fried chicken tenders at Bradley Illinois are so much better than the ones in Champaign Illinois!
Vegetarian options: I would have to look at the menu but there's here that I could choose from.
Dietary restrictions: Although there is many fried items there are also many but some is not!
Parking: Several handicap spots and a large parking lot
Kid-friendliness: They have a children's menu if they do not wish to use the adult menu and high chairs for children and the staff seem to enjoy helping families with their children.

Went there for dinner with my husband and another couple We got seated quickly it wasn’t overly crowded or busy. Was thinking everything was gonna be good. Nope, the drinks were flat and honestly they were warm. Our food came out cold. My husband ordered the Tuesday special pork chops and the the 2 sides he got apples and not sure what else it was but those were cold. I got country fried steak with mashed potatoes and corn. Potatoes was the only decent thing. Also I tried your chicken and dumpling soup (it’s bland extremely bland). One of my friends asked for more gravy the server came back with mashed potatoes with gravy (not what she asked for). So she asked again to bring just the gravy. 20+ minutes later after she finished almost eating everything the server finally brings the gravy out oops. Let’s just say the the meal itself wasn’t worth the $80..service from our server was fine. Something told me she was serving more tables than she should have been, because I did not see another server.
