Took longer than expected to get order but it was lovely. Our server was very sweet as well.

Waited an hour after ordering and still no food. We were one of two tables that just walked out. I understand Sundays are busy but the wait time time to get service and food is ridiculous.

Went in with my dad and ordered some pancake dinners. Store was not very busy, maybe 50% capacity at best. Both of us received eggs that were completely cold, and my food arrived missing both the bacon and the hash browns that I ordered. I was told it would be right out. The hash browns weren’t brought out until I was almost done eating my pancakes and the eggs were gone, and my bacon didn’t get brought out until I was done with the hash browns they had brought out late. I actually had to wait between finishing my meal before one of the side items came out. Terrible service. Will not be coming back to this location.

If I could leave a .5 star for everything above, I definitely would!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED TODAY! Food was not cooked for me fully, it was BARELY WARM! and my mas food was WAYYYYY overcooked!!! I sent mine back, 15 minutes later I got it!: Waitress was terrible, although I wouldn't want her job, because I've done that before, she was very RUDE, and ignored us! It was not busy at all! Took a to go box of my food, when it was finally cooked. WAITED at the register for 20 minutes to pay for the crap! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!:

Normally never an issue but today it pissed me off to where I probably will never go back. Ordered the campfire shrimp meal that in description states if foil pocket... Came out after everyone else at table had meals, was not in foil but just skillet. Everything was colder than ice... Totally pissed off, offered me something else so got a burger with fries to go, burger overcooked and no wonder why it took over 20 minutes to get... Sorry cracker barrel, never again.

Placed an order for pickup, got there 4 minutes after the pick up time, was told they were out of fried apples, then had to wait another 25 minutes before the order was ready. Will not return

Food is great. I had a grandma's sampler breakfast. The service was great. It keeps me coming back.

It's a nice cozy place. A family setting. With awesome food and excellent BlackBerry pie. And the best fried chicken and pan cakes. Exactualy, everything Ive ordered or sampled was delicious.

So I'm venting here....the food itself was a 9 out of 10. Not a 10 because I asked for crispy bacon, and it was rubbery. Sent it back and it was microwaved to "crisp" it. Another thing I'm totally not a fan of is when you order the Old Timers Breakfast, you get your choice of grits (yuck), apples( too sweet) or hashbrown CASSEROLE (yuck). I don't really like any of these, but ordered the casserole, only to waste it (because I don't like the onions in it). Maybe make a casserole with NO ONIONS, Cracker Barrel? OR, how about an option for REGULAR hashbrowns, with NO upcharge? That would be great! So, how about making that an option, Cracker Barrel??
