I ordered a chili and cream of broccoli soups had never ordered this before from this place and they gave me some what tasted like 5 DAY OLD CHILI I was so disappointed so I bring it back and and wanted my money cause that cup never should have left the building let alone the kitchen..... I was told that we can give you another one we just made some fresh chili I said no I want my money, well the young man in charge told me I will return your full order and just charge you for the soup ???? How about not charging my at all cause I made it across town before I had to drive that cup of crap back to them and now I look at my account and I see both charge of withdrawal but no return of my money. All I want is the money back in my account and we are done give me my money 💰

I absolutely love Culver’s! Their ButterBurgers are always cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and fresh every time. The fries are crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned—just the way I like them. The staff is super polite and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Plus, I’ve never had to wait long for my food, even when they’re busy. Great food, great service—Culver’s never disappoints!

Everything was delicious, but the only thing they forgot to give us was 2 thing in our order. No biggie, we came back, they gave us the burgers and we had an ice cream as an apology. BTW we order through the drive-thru.

I have to give the entire staff and managers a big shout out. They are getting slammed and they are all handling it with grace. An older lady who has waited less time than other people complained I'm like they are busy you can see that. The cashier apologized and was professional. The manager came out and offered myself and 2 other customers a token for ice cream. This boy noticed I was standing there for awhile and then made sure I got my food. You are ALL DOING AMAZING!! KEEP IT UP! People need to understand and give grace when places are busy you never know if they are short staffed anything.

I love their frozen yogurt. Sometimes tho it doesn't have the right amount of content. I usually order the flavor of the day. But it Sometimes lacks the nuts or Carmel or chocolate that should be in it.

This is the second time that I went inside to order and they didn't give me the cheese curds. I watched the team leader put the order in the bag, while he was talking to others. Very frustrating.
