Did not receive sundae as orderd in the picture. The sundae came without chocolate cone when I specifically said that and all the toppings were at the bottom. Basically it was just a waffle cone and ice cream.

Bad service two people standing around and all I wanted was a ice cream cone .🤔 I think it takes about 3 to 5 seconds. I had to wait for the lady in the back to make it. Crazy got a refund will NEVER go back.

The menu has shrunk over the decades. A lot of favorites are no longer available. I think I'll go to Oberwise.

I’m extremely frustrated, lol. I order basically the same blizzard, a cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie dough. Normally, I don’t do extra cookie dough but I’ve noticed it’s been a nationwide issue. There is just never enough cookie dough!! Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not looking for 3-4 cookie dough a bite. But I’m certainly looking to have at least 80 to 90% of my bites to have at least one, max 3 cookie doughs and it just doesn’t happen. Now, my normal has changed currently but I *always* stick with a cookie based treat. I picked the Double Fudge Cookie Dough Blizzard. It comes with cocoa chunks, cocoa fudge, soft serve and you guessed it, cookie dough. My blizzard has absolutely no cocoa chunks and barely any cookie dough. And I paid the extra $1.08 for extra cookie dough and it just isn’t there. I’m disappointed and frustrated because this DQ’s soft serve is top tier. It’s the creamiest ice cream I’ve had I a very long time and I think this location should do better because of that. I want more cookie dough when I request extra cookie dough. What I have today is below standard. Keeping it at 2 stars instead of one because the soft serve is again top tier.
I love soft serve ice cream and after trying 4 other ice cream shops that specialize in soft serve, Dairy Queen ranks #1 in my book. It's the creamiest, tastiest and smoothest soft serve ice cream around.

I ordered a peanut buster blizzard made with chocolate ice cream. It was only chocolate ice cream with peanuts! There was no fudge or chocolate shell in it! Very disappointed :(

I was not greeted at the speaker. Several times I said hello how are you? No response. Ok no biggie it's hot and a Lil bit busy. Got to the window to place my order. I stated my order twice to make sure it's correct. The cashier was in a rush. I was charged my extra topping but did not receive it. I was actually going to tip the whole store.
