Went there on Christmas Eve to pick up an order for uber eats to deliver to my nice customer. And the team members did not help non of the customers for 10-15 minutes because of one team member refusing to come up front because her ego (Kayla) and the girl Kayla was recording me and my fiancée while she was talking her shit in the back so I’ll be contacting state about this and file a report with the business bureau

The whole order was messed up, no syrup for the pancakes in a to go order, ordered extra and didn't even get the main platter, service was beyond disrespectful, and then they say they can make it again but if it wasn't right the first time why should I have faith in their word that it'll be right the second time around, can't get a refund without an approval from management and on the receipt it says if there are issues speak with manager on duty but yet had to wait for not one but 2 managers to even arrive for their shift, still currently waiting, currently without the slop that was presented to me as food and out the cost of it and the gas to go back and forth to the restaurant twice now, this is the last time I go there!

Picked my boyfriend up from work at 5am and decided to grab breakfast on our way back home, and I got the steak and cheese omelette he got pancakes and something else and all a sudden we woke up the next day with really bad food poisoning ! Which sucks because I love y’all’s food but I don’t know what happen in that kitchen when our food was being made…the lady was really nice to us who gave us our food so that’s a plus.

Went in Thanksgiving morning. Clean, great staff, and prompt service. The food was prepared well and tasty. I'm not going to pretend I'm thrilled about the cost, but everywhere is more expensive these days. Either way, I would return.
My server Neesha was pleasantly wonderful she was attentive even though we were a party of seven, she suggestedly sold us on menu specials. Food was really good I'd come back for good food & good service thanks again for a great experience at Danny's
