Food is decent, the time it takes to get that food however is horrible. Been sitting here for 45 minutes now waiting. Would be understandable if they was busy, but it's 1:12am and I'm the only one here. Perhaps if they would stop playing on thier phones and did thier job something would get done faster.

Denny's are Denny's to me. A clean place that you can still get a cheap meal and it's usually not bad. I wish I could say more. I had à good meal for under $10 and that was fine with me.

From the moment we sat down, Reed was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond to ensure our meal was enjoyable—checking in just the right amount of times and offering excellent menu suggestions.
The food was delicious, served hot, and came out quickly, but what really stood out was Reed’s genuine warmth and professionalism. It’s rare to find such attentive and thoughtful service, and it made our visit that much more memorable. Reed’s dedication to customer service is clear, and he made this Denny’s visit one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. If you’re in Bourbonnais, I highly recommend dining here and asking for Reed if you want top-notch service!
