I’ve ordered from here before and it was good what ever or who ever they got working there now just need to get fired I ordered the 3 meat plate and the brisket was dry the chicken was dry and the sausage taste undercooked never got my big yellow that I paid 4 dollars for and to top it all of it was mold on my rolls like what even is this place anymore someone needs to call an inspector!!

U should really consider closing this location to allow a restaurant that actually has staffing and staff he products that they serve AVAILABLE I know it’s my own fault for stopping here knowing I’m going to be disappointed EVERY TIME But for some asinine reason I thought today would be different ( literally doesn’t matter what day or time they never have any food or say they closed for a catering order) I stopped even trying to get food here because their is never anything available but chicken( which can be bought at Church’s chicken u are connected to) never anything available brisket, burnt ends, half the sides are never available it’s the middle of the day on a Saturday u have one person working the ENTIRE RESTAURANT it’s pretty obvious you don’t have the staffing or the products at least have the decency to remove said items from the menu SINCE U NEVER HAVE THEM I will never attempt to patronize this location again and save myself the time and disappointment smh

9/2/25 6:13:35 PM. I was excited to see something different in a truck stop but I was very disappointed with the quality of this so called pit bbq. The brisket was tough and chewy which leads me to believe that it was more like a chuck roast than a brisket. I know a little bit about meat since I was a butcher for many years. The grain was all wrong and the consistency was wrong. If I pay for brisket, I want brisket not some second hand cut of meat. The pork wasn’t much better it was under cooked for “pit” bbq and chewy too. I may try another Dickey’s in the future but not this location. In their defense there was a huge order that they were putting together but if you can’t serve the folks that are in your store and do a big order maybe you should find another line of work.

I purchased the brisket and the pulled pork. Both were tough, but I couldn't even eat the brisket. They were very understaffed, not very pleasant & it took forever to get bad food.

Food is always good. Staffing is always short. Had a bit of a wait and order wasn't right but I did not complain because there was one person running the whole restaurant. Has a fast food style dining area. Clean up after yourself. But a really good stop!

Slowest dickies ive ever visited....every time it takes forever for first to get your food ordered then even longer to receive it....more than 1 employee would probably help instead of overwhelming 1 guy to do everything

Food was a huge let down. Got a brisket sandwich with fries and a drink. No sweet tea made, fries tasted really burnt with a piece of some random meat burnt to oblivion in there with them, and the sandwich was mediocre and overly fatty. Should've gotten churches. Staff was friendly but didn't seem very motivated.

This place is horrible. I don’t know how else to describe how bad the experience and service is every time I’ve been there. I’m a delivery driver so I get sent there every other day for orders and they never have it ready, they’re always out of stuff, they hire low quality people to run the place, and it’s just trash.
I will say over the last month or two they have been trying and it’s better, but overall avoid it. It’s BBQ, which is the bad parts of the animals cooked slow and slathered in sugar sauce to make it taste good and it should cost that much money. It’s in a gas station…
If you want BBQ go to Jimmy Jo’s like 3-4 min down the road. Their brisket is amazing! 10/10
