I ordered my pizza and they told me it would be 24 minutes I got there in 20 minutes and they told me they had just put it in so I left I was not happy and I do not recommend this particular facility
For the first time I had a terrible experience this evening at the Bourbonnais location. I placed a delivery order at 530pm that reported it was delivered and wasn’t. I called the store and reported it they acted as though I was lying or nobody could figure out what happened. They said they would remake the order for the 2nd time at 630p that was also never delivered. I was tracking the driver Nicole on both deliveries for her to drive by my home not once but twice.
