The absolute best Dunkin’ in the town I come from Chicago because I work out this way And the two years I’ve been out here , I’ve never had a bad experience with this location! Customer service is amazing! Feels like family❤️

The girl who looks like Winnie from Hocos Pocus needs to be fired immediately. THE rudest customer service I’ve ever seen. I ordered a large coffee and asked if I could possibly get it extra hot and double cupped because I would be traveling 20 mins away and we refer to this dunkin as the “Nice Dunkin” unfortunately Winnie, bewitched my feelings. I was paying with gift card and it was THE most inconvenient thing for her as she’s slamming her fingers into the POS system. Now, I’m no genius but violently punching your fingers onto the computer tells me I’m irritating you. Beware of Winnie if you decide to come to this location. I never got her name but she was a redhead with a bad attitude that’s for damn sure. Do better!

Not sure what is going on, I order large coffee get home top pops off and burns my hand. Go back to get a replacement, the girl hands me a cup, it happens again while at the store burning my hand again. This is ridiculous
