i went to dunkin and a worker named mario had an attitude because i asked for him to remake my coffee that was completely wrong . i was very polite. And then when i got my coffee i just checked real quick and he then says "is something wrong again with your coffee" so unprofessional!! i will not come back ever again. i know not everyone loves their job but please don't have an attitude with me over your job.

The short man i think his name was Mario or Martin has terrible customer service & should be fired!!!! He is so rude & unprofessional!! i will NOT be coming back because of this man! Do better Dunkin!!

I purchased 2 dozen donuts for my team of teachers and they were BURNT! Like not edible-so burnt. When I called, their phone rang nonstop for hours. I contacted them and never heard back. Finally several days later, I received this message; however, they didn't ever call me. So disappointing.

Ordered a small nitro cold brew. Waited for a minute for it to settle in the store and went up to the counter and asked if there was supposed to be so much foam. They assured me there was. I did not take any drinks of it during the drive home to see how it would fully settle. This is the final product. Anytime I order a nitro from Starbucks, it is filled all the way to the brim. Granted, I asked for a free regular cold brew to offset this joke of a drink, and they did it without hesitation, thus the 3 stars.

Drive thru couldn't here my order. Due to construction yet again at this store. Was not first time I have had issues with construction and placing an order. Management was rude. When trying to discuss the problem. GAVE ME WRONG FOOD! THEN COMPLAINED I LEFT MY CHANGE AS A TIP!

Ordered a dozen donuts and the cashier very rudely said "can you give us your actual order first and not that" and then gave us hot coffee that was cold, messed up the food, then the lady at the drive through couldn't figure out how to fix our order. Poor staff.

Just got off of work decided to order Dunkin, my coworker recommended a iced coffee with four pumps of caramel swirl. I go through the drive-through the manager Robin repeats back a caramel coffee I said no an iced coffee with four pumps of caramel swirl and cream no sugar and she says OK and repeats again what she said, an iced coffee with caramel. So I ask "is that the caramel swirl" and she replies caramel swirl is our caramel in the rudest way possible. I get home ask to speak with a manager because I didn't receive a receipt and wanted to file a complaint with the manager. Well yeah Robin was the one who took my order and had the nerve to ask if the menu says caramel and I said no it's says caramel swirl. I will continue to patronize Starbucks never again. I didn't even drink the coffee it left a bad taste in my mouth.

I reported this establishment to the Kankakee Board of Health for unsanitary practices by the staff. I literally witnessed a lazy staff person make the wrong coffee drink. Instead of throwing it away and making another. He threw away the topping and retopped it and reserved it to a customer. It was the messiest coffee drink I ever saw. When the customer complained. There was not an apology and the staff person had a smirk on his face. I would suggest to every customer to watch closely how your drinks are prepared. Better yet, go somewhere else. Staff needs retraining in sanitary practices and customer services. Instead of remodeling the facility, they need to rehire new staff.
