Location is OK. I went there because I wanted to try the nitro cold brew, and they had already shut the machine down for the night (It was still an hour before they closed). One of the employees was very nice and had good customer service, however the other girl with dark hair clearly had an attitude. She was complaining very loudly that people were still getting coffee at that time of night, and apparently the person in the drive thru had ordered the same drink I did. When she was making mine she was then complaining very loudly about everyone getting that drink, that it's nasty and she doesn't get why people like it. The other employee looked embarrassed that her coworker was acting like that when they had a customer in the store. I've worked in customer service for many years, I understand it can be frustrating if people walk in right before closing, like 15 mins maybe. But as I said, it was still an hour before they closed.

I'm giving this because they seem to mess up my order each time I get wake up wraps and instead give a different sandwich.
Waited over 20 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 bagels but watched about 30 cars in the drive thru get their food and drinks before mine was even made. Then the girl at the counter gave extreme attitude when I asked if they knew how much longer it would be. Apparently customers at the counter are less of a worry than the drive up window.

I get the same sandwich every morning the egg and cheese with hot honey bacon on a crossaint. It's never looked like this!! The first one I was told they didn't see anything wrong with the dried out, over heated crossaint that was given to me!! so they made it over, for the second one to be worser than the first one!! By the time I got home with them both ( a 10min trip) they were hard!! Smh NEVER again!! I could never give people any ole thing and think that it's ok, my question would be, would they think this was ok if someone served them something like this?!!

Dietary restrictions: Am abundance of sugar free or sugar sub options great for diabetic or keto needs
Ordered thru the app which usually is faster. I like the normal coffee while my daughter likes the fancy drinks. All are good! Personally I wouldn't get any food except donut products because portions are too small for what is charged.

Went to this location to get a coffee, coffee tasted great but the staff had a poor attitude. My coffee was $3.85 and was giving the lady $4.85 so I could get the dollar back in change , gave the lady the right amount knowing I had given her a dime don’t know if she dropped it or what. Gave her the amount and not realizing she gave me the coffee opens the window and goes I gave you your coffee and you paid the $3.85 and shuts the window. Don’t appreciate the attitude and that’s no way to talk to customers. Will just order through the mobile app from now on
