Guys....this is third time in the past month I've ordered an iced coffee from your store and the cap on my iced coffee leaks. This time it stained one of my really nice work shirts that cost me $100. Employees capped the drink properly, and I simply took the drink for a sip and it leaked everywhere. Not an employee problem, it's a plastic cup problem that is persistent. I had no problem with the drink itself, but having a problem with the container is just as bad as having a problem with the drink. Always leaking! ALWAYS! Not once have I had this issue with other competitors. How has this not been fixed?

Nearly every time my family and I come to this location, we are met with rude servers, crummy customer service, and constant gossip from the employees. Definitely avoid this location if you can.
I don't consistently order Dunkin but any time I have stopped in its always been busy and I'm still in and out quickly. In my experience so far, the donuts have always been fresh. I've had my order made wrong once and they remade it with no issues.
If you have the app, order through it. They are pretty quick in drive thru

Ordered in the drive thru this morning around 7am, customer service was awful, she had an attitude when asking for my order then when I asked that it was repeated gave further attitude and my order was wrong! Ordered a muffin specifically and was still given the wrong thing.

Location is OK. I went there because I wanted to try the nitro cold brew, and they had already shut the machine down for the night (It was still an hour before they closed). One of the employees was very nice and had good customer service, however the other girl with dark hair clearly had an attitude. She was complaining very loudly that people were still getting coffee at that time of night, and apparently the person in the drive thru had ordered the same drink I did. When she was making mine she was then complaining very loudly about everyone getting that drink, that it's nasty and she doesn't get why people like it. The other employee looked embarrassed that her coworker was acting like that when they had a customer in the store. I've worked in customer service for many years, I understand it can be frustrating if people walk in right before closing, like 15 mins maybe. But as I said, it was still an hour before they closed.
