I visit this location 3 or 4 times a week and order the same thing. Once they gave me the muffin glad I don’t have food allergies. This morning they sold me burnt coffee.. few of the staff are friendly. But for the most part they are not. Guess I’ll have to start back making my own coffee or go out by way to a different location.

We got a small latte and a brown sugar shaken espresso. Both of the drinks had burnt taste. Either their espresso machine is broken or it’s not cleaned properly.

Quick service and out of all the Kankakee county locations, this one has the best parking!
Parking: Parking is not a problem at this location
i always go to the bourbonnais parkway location and have never had an issue, today was a rough day and Lauren had noticed i had been crying and her simple gesture of giving me a donut changed my entire day around, and i couldn’t be more thankful for her kindness on a rough morning 🤍
