Essential is one of my favorite places to support. Their menu is amazing. I’ve been vegetarian/vegan for many years. This is the first cafe that offers absolutely everything we could ask for. No more settling for restaurant’s side dishes because of no vegetarian/vegan inclusion. Their full menu is made for us! Please try them; you won’t be sorry!

This is the Spot!! I was traveling through the area and stopped in. 1. Absolutely delicious food! Convenient, fast, and made right! I had the vegan chicken burrito and the green goddess Fresh Juice. Whoah! Large portion and super fresh and delicious. 2.Each and every person in the place was happy, friendly, and made the experience excellent. Check it out.

location is north Schuyler to the right of the majestic. it's hard to find but well worth it. this was the best smoothie I've had in a very long time. the tropical dragon bowl was to die for as well! I will be coming back to try their fresh juice! this was an easy 10/10!

The address is north Schuyler and it's to the right of the majestic. This place is amazing! If you can't find it do not give up! I got a tropical smoothie and a tropical dragon bowl. Best smoothie I've had in years! There wasn't a bunch of sugar or cream added. Finally a smoothie I didn't need a water to drink after it. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. I'm definitely trying the fresh squeezed fruit juice next visit! 12/10 will be back!
