I have been a longtime supporter of Essential Smoothies. This new location is so elevated! The menu has something for everyone, whether or not you’re vegan. If you just want a quick snack or a whole entire meal, ES has you covered! Do your body a favor and stop in!

Essential is one of my favorite places to support. Their menu is amazing. I’ve been vegetarian/vegan for many years. This is the first cafe that offers absolutely everything we could ask for. No more settling for restaurant’s side dishes because of no vegetarian/vegan inclusion. Their full menu is made for us! Please try them; you won’t be sorry!
