Met the owner today she's awesome cares about people, her employees and other businesses. We've gone there since it opened. As most always go in get food say hi and leave. Today we talked to her for quite a while. ...While we enjoyed our sandwiches. Which we really do . Yes this is a franchise... But they're FAMILY owned. Help this family survive support them! And have a great sandwich

Manager refused to remake my kids sandwich that was messed up when it was her own staff that made the mistake. The mistake was a life threatening allergy mistake also. That shpuld be mentioned! She started an argument over it blaming us very loudly and rudely. The workers didn’t know that dairy-free for a dairy allergy meant no cheese for some reason. Apparently that was our fault? And because they had messed one of our sandwiches up in the past as well we were now deemed untrustworthy i guess and called liars. Not sure what reason anyone would have to lie about a sandwich being messed up. Just insane logic. Funny thing is we were regulars because my kids both have a dairy allergy so its hard to find accommodating places. We always order the exact same thing here. If they knew us like a normal business would they would probably try to stop messing up our order. They finally remade it when other customers from the line said they heard us order it right. We will never be back.

Came in to order 45 minutes before closing tonight. The girl working right now has such an attitude and the worst tone towards customers acting so bothered and rude. I could see if I came in like 10 minutes before closing or something like that. I’ve worked in customer service for years and I’ve never had such an attitude or rude tone towards customers like this. Wow

Don't bother ordering a French dip from this store, 2nd time in a row I order a large French DIp and got about a tablespoon and a half of Au Jus.... Not even enough for a small sandwich, what a joke, literally two dips from half a sandwich and its gone lol... $20 bucks for this nonsense, fool me twice, shame on me lol, won't be back.

Ordered delivery from the FIREHOUSE SUBS WEBSITE. Order was supposed to arrive in 28 minutes and it arrived in 50 minutes, very cold. Delivery was from uber eats, but through the firehouse subs website. ( No where on the website does it say that Uber Eats would deliver, and no where on the receipt does it say Uber Eats) The driver delivered the subs 40 minutes after they were picked up, and we live 5 minutes away. I called the store to let them know. Manager said it was not their problem, but Uber Eats and I should contact them. Because I did not order directly through Uber Eats but through the Firehouse Subs website, I could not contact Uber eats about this delivery. I have no way to contact them, in fact, I don't even have a personal Uber Eats account! I kept trying to explain this to her, but the manager said basically I was out of luck, and offered no help to resolve the problem. I thought this was very poor customer service on Firehouse Subs part. $32 for 2 very late and cold subs.
