This place is awful. The bread was wet and gummy, the meat was cheap garbage, and it tasted terrible. I threw 75% of my sandwich in the trash. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I recently witnessed something I thought is noteworthy, a customer pulled up went up to the door to go into the building and they turned off the lights on the customer!!! This is outrageous!!! It was about 10-15 minutes till 8 or so when the customer came!! I used to work in the food industry and we were never allowed to break down anything before closing because customers may come in and you should never turn customers away because it's called customer service for a reason, we serve customers!!! Omg people where have our customer service skills gone???!!! This place will be gone very soon if people like this continue working here and managing it!!!

Food is good. Service is SO slow. 15 minutes for a sub sandwich is ridiculous. Jersey Mikes, Subway, etc is 5 min or less. We won’t be back.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen not only did I order from here with my family on ubereats on a Sunday when the close at 8 which it clearly states on the website, not only to have the ubereats driver go all the way there to be greeted to a closed up shop at 1pm!!! Are you kidding me???!!! That's some great customer service there!!! Then I see a customer walk up today about 10 minutes until close (7:50pm) only to be greeted by the lights being turned off on them, wow that's crazy!! The bathrooms there were disgusting when I went.

I was sitting in the parking lot and saw someone walk up to the door about 10 min or so to close the door was already locked and right when the person was walking up to walk into the restaurant they turned the lights off on him!!! So rude!!! I was also in earlier with my family and the bathroom was disgusting, the manager was sitting hanging out with the employees one of the employees had her girlfriend there and was about making out with her in front of us, how unprofessional!!! This is just ridiculous for a business!!! I don't recommend this place to anyone let alone a family!!
