I have to say we dont come here very often because we don't have much money to spend on resturants. However I was craving a burger and im really happy we chose here. The food was delicious but what I really loved was the atmosphere. There was only 2 people working and they were amazing. They were kind and made me laugh a couple times and it just felt so nice. I hope that the next time we go there that either one of them is working because they are the reason I want to come back along with the good food of course!

Mi wife an me got really sick yesterday i order from here normally the little hamburger are really good but this time we were throwing up. I don't know what happened hopefully management can see this find out how to fix this.

Certainly a very good burger consistent with Five Guys around the country. Good service and thankfully two Coke Freestyle machines as one was out of my preferred flavor. Clean inside with constant sweeping caused by all the peanuts. Like many the price ($37 for two) is off putting. It’s twice as good as other options but three times the price. A combo with mini fries was more than sufficient even for a big eater like me.

The burgers here are sooo you have to try them for yourself. And the fact that you can add so many toppings is even better.

They always do a phenomenal job with service at this location. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would everybody is super helpful and kind. I am vegetarian and I'm always requesting special things. And they have no problem, making it the last time I was in there. The manager made me her favorite dressing that she puts on her salads. I've never been to a fast food place where the workers take so much pride on a job well done! Thanks!

The past year, the service at this location has gone downhill. I have been going here since they opened. I used to work a store in the strip mall right near this location. Over the years, I have know the employees names, spoke to some of them about being students at olivet, their kids, etc. Over time, service and cleanliness has gone downhill at this location. It’s a shame because it is the only food I eat that I don’t cook myself. I miss what this place used to be. I will no longer be able to be a customer

This is not a normal review for me. I visited 5 Guys in Bradley today for a takeout order. I watched with fascination how the manager lead her team. She is firm but in control of her team. I gave her a compliment. The other team members may think she is harsh but she was leading her team and encouraging them. Way to go Manager. May 25 2025
