They always do a phenomenal job with service at this location. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would everybody is super helpful and kind. I am vegetarian and I'm always requesting special things. And they have no problem, making it the last time I was in there. The manager made me her favorite dressing that she puts on her salads. I've never been to a fast food place where the workers take so much pride on a job well done! Thanks!
This is not a normal review for me. I visited 5 Guys in Bradley today for a takeout order. I watched with fascination how the manager lead her team. She is firm but in control of her team. I gave her a compliment. The other team members may think she is harsh but she was leading her team and encouraging them. Way to go Manager. May 25 2025
First time eating here and man their little cheeseburger is not little. Nice helpings. New place to eat at. Not disappointment at all. Everyone working together! My husband and I will be returning!!
