Harold's Chicken of Bourbonnais #39

Pretty standard chicken place. Food was good, sauces were great. Out of cole slaw pretty early in the day.. was there around 1pm. Some things on the menu weren't available yet. Definitely needs more than one worker for lunchtime... Quoted 15 minutes but it took about 25 minutes. Next time I'll be sure to order ahead. Super friendly worker though!

Top tier wings. Best of the south suburbs Harold’s Chicken options by far! The wings were juicy and the breading was crispy. The lemon pepper was actually on every wing. Wings made with love ok. Don’t listen to the haters #39 is just as good as your favorite city location!

This Harold's surprised me being in Bourbonnais since I'm from the city but the food was on point. Yesterday, I ordered 12 wings and 1/4 dark that come with fries bread and Cole slaw the freshness and taste and the crispiness of the chicken reminded me of the Harold's growing up as a kid. I swear if you all come to the city you will definitely give our Harold's hell nbs. No complaints from me. I love to see our people doing things like this.

10 dollars for a 2 piece chicken is insane… but the chicken was fresh, the bathrooms are now available because I had to use it bad but I couldn’t… the true Harold’s I know is the 1 in the city

Food was hot and fresh. Did not have a lot of stuff on the menu the advertise but what they did have was delicious we will recommend. I forget the young man name that made the food I believe it started with a k he was really nice

Great atmosphere and well professional

I visited Harold's and was welcomed the moment I walked in, I ordered the Wings and Shrimp Combo. I had to wait for 30 minutes for our food, which ended up costing around $17.50. Upon returning home, the fries were warm and tasty! However, the wings were overly soggy and the shrimp were hard to chew and excessively salty. While I'm open to trying it again, the first experience wasn't to my liking for $17.

For starters, I understood that the young guy at the register was new. My problem isn’t with him, but the manger was very rude from communicating with customers to the way she handled the orders. The waiting time was terrible. I asked to canceled my order and was told she’s not giving any money back. My overall experience was horrible. I Would NEVER return.
