My mother and daughter went to IHOP in Bourbonnais, IL today around 12:30 PM. They were seated, waited 20+ minutes, and NO ONE came to their table. No water, no menus, no acknowledgment — just blatant disregard. Meanwhile, others were being served around them. This felt like outright discrimination.
IHOP, this is unacceptable. We deserve answers and accountability. #IHOP #Discrimination #DoBetter #CustomerService
