Despite being under new management, IHOP still can’t seem to get it together! This is our 3rd time ordering through Door Dash in about 4 months. Not once has our order been correct or very tasty. Today I ordered bananas foster crepes, crispy hashbrowns and my wife ordered a steak omelet with fruit and sausage links. We received a call from our dasher saying they were out of bananas for the crepes, so what did I want instead-I want my bananas, actually! You are located 100 ft from gfs and probably 1/2 miles from Meijer and you can’t get bananas on a Wednesday at 2pm?!? The hashbrowns were tasteless and hard as a rock, not crispy. The fruit was 10 grapes, 3 of the smallest pieces of pineapple I have ever seen, and almost a cup of unripe honeydew melon. My wife’s steak omelet had very few pieces of steak and was mostly potatoes. 3 strikes, you’re out for us IHOP!

My mother and daughter went to IHOP in Bourbonnais, IL today around 12:30 PM. They were seated, waited 20+ minutes, and NO ONE came to their table. No water, no menus, no acknowledgment — just blatant disregard. Meanwhile, others were being served around them. This felt like outright discrimination.
IHOP, this is unacceptable. We deserve answers and accountability. #IHOP #Discrimination #DoBetter #CustomerService

Service was horrible. We got our food before our drinks and had to remind the waitress multiple times to please bring us drinks. Then some of our food was not made. We got done eating before the rest of my party even got our food. I will never go back to this place.

I placed an online order at 1:30am for pickup at 2:30am. I arrived at 2:35am and the food wasn't even made yet. Larry the cook said since there isn't anyone here nobody saw the order print out. (Huh, I thought Larry was working) this was my first time using the online app at IHOP.
