On Monday, 11/24 at around 3:40 PM, I placed a DoorDash pickup order. I’ve lost my voice, so it's currently hard for me to speak. When the cashier asked for the name on the order, I politely showed him the DoorDash “Pickup Order” screen, which is exactly what DoorDash instructs customers to do.
The older Caucasian man working the register immediately began to berate me for not using my voice, then loudly thanked the next customer in line for “using her voice unlike me.” A DoorDash driver was behind me, and when he also showed his phone, (likely due to a language barrier) the cashier yelled at him in a very aggressive, threatening tone. I was shocked that he felt comfortable speaking to the dasher that way. The driver did nothing wrong and did not deserve that treatment.
The cashier then proceeded to make my sandwich while complaining under his breath, slamming things, and tossing it together before shoving it into a bag. When he noticed my expression, he said he was “just frustrated.” Even with my limited voice, I told him it still wasn’t right. I ended up throwing the sandwich away because the experience left me so upset.
I hope management takes this seriously and ensures staff, especially the older gentleman working that afternoon, are properly trained on customer service and handling frustration professionally.

Pulled into the drive-thru and was told "they were out of sandwich rolls". Out of rolls at a sandwich shop??? This location closes at 9pm when I was there is was only 8pm. This location is 30minutes from us so when willing to drive 60minutes round trip to order sandwiches for dinner for your family and told they have no bread is ridiculous. Lastly, this is the THIRD time I have been given this excuse when trying to order from this location. Doesn't seem like a successful business model. For those expecting to order sandwiches in the evening be prepared to be turned away because they have no bread. Will never be returning to this location.

This is probably my number 1 sub place. I stop here as often as I can. Wish there was 1 closer to my home. I'd probably eat there 2 or 3 times a week. I would definitely recommend.
