First time eating Jersey Mike's and disappointed :/ Ordered a turkey + provolone sandwich through DoorDash, had my order made and delivered within a half hour, so I know it wasn't an issue with DoorDash..The sandwich was so soggy on the inside of the bread that I could only eat half of the sandwich before it just fell apart. The rest was mush from all of the vinegar that was put on it. I thought it would just be a splash of vinegar like subway does it, but the bread was saturated with it.The part of the sandwich I could eat was delicious! I really enjoyed the rosemary and herb bread! The turkey was flavorful and fresh. Just very disappointed that I could only eat half due to the excessive amount of vinegar saturating the bread.Maybe offer it on the side for to-go orders? I would possibly try this place again in the future, but will be ordering my condiments on the side.

As someone who has to eat gluten free for an allergy, this is THE safest place around town. Also plenty GF to choose from including cookies! Thankful that the staff is always quick and super friendly too!Dietary restrictions: Awesome gluten free selection, and they change gloves no questions asked!

We placed a large catering order for our business. We asked for the condiments to be left on the side. When we picked up our catering order, they did not give us any mayonnaise, mustard, etc... When I called the store to request that someone deliver some, I was told that they don't do that. The staff member that I spoke with was incredibly rude and told me that I should be grateful for the items that I did receive. Just unbelievable. After placing such a large order and leaving a substantial tip, you would hope that they would at least try to provide decent customer service. I will not order from this establishment again.

Rolling through from out of town and we LOVE JMs. Wife ordered on my app while I was driving in plenty of time to roll in and grab from the pickup order rack and get back on road.Walked in 2 mins before proposed pickup time. Nothing on rack. Waiting a solid 5 mins past pickup time without seeing any activity toward rack. Finally noticed someone walk in and up to counter any grab order so I did the same. Opened by this time lukewarm sandwich. Wasn’t cut in 1/2 as request in order from app. Took it back up to ask ee to cut in 1/2. Said they would give me a knife and I declined.Sando was delicious. No note on pickup rack alerting customers not from around here to pick up at counter and not cut in half as requested…bush league. Do better.
