The female window worker handed me the drink and the top wasn’t on all the way and I lost most of my drink, as well as my car was sticky. She just gave me my sandwich by itself, no bag and didn’t ask if i wanted a receipt. Me and my husband will not be returning.

Ordered through the app and got my order wrong. They also made the sandwich poorly. Was disappointed by this. I couldn't even drink my drink bc they gave me the wrong drink. There's no where in the app to fix this either. Just basically wasted my money on what I didn't order. It's unfortunate.

Terrible. My bread was so stale and hard and I asked for no tomato (I’m allergic) and they still put them on the sandwich.

Whoever was at the drive-thru window on 08/21/25 at 11:30am was rude, I ordered at the talk box, waited for a response and got nothing. I even said “hello” into the box and no one responded. Then I looked up at the window and saw her looking at me. She didn’t wave me up to the window and didn’t apologize for not saying a word. Then she messed up my change. When I didn’t respond to her when she told me to have a nice day she had attitude and said “thank you,” even though I never acknowledged her, like she did to me. I know 2 wrongs don’t make a right but you don’t know what people are going through on a daily basis. When I confronted her because she had attitude about me ignoring her like she did to me, she tried to gaslight me and tell me “I’m sorry you didn’t hear me when I spoke back to you,” when I deliberately said “hello,” and waited another minute for a response. Unbelievable customer service. Shame on this employee. I usually enjoy Jimmy John’s and used to work for them years ago, and so much has changed unfortunately. Sadly this ruined my experience and I won’t support this franchise anymore.

Ordered 3 sandwichs to go all 3 were wrong on a to go order. Not one was correct.

They forgot the turkey on both the beach club sandwiches we got. We went back in to get them to add turkey and not a single person working apologized us. The girls making the sandwiches acted annoyed that they had to add the turkey to our sandwiches.

Tried this location due to issues with the other location in town that has been messing up my orders. unfortunately they couldn't get it right either. Forgot lettuce on a veggie sandwich and they forgot mustard packets. Done with jjs for a while.

no reason it should take 20 minutes to finally start making 2 subs? what is the point of ordering through the app, especially pick up instead of delivery to make sure it’s ready on time?

I hate posting negative reviews. The food was kind of ok. There were no customers in the restaurant. The service was awful. Four of us and two workers behind the counter. It really felt like we shouldn't be there. Maybe most of their business is drive through.

I have had it with this location! They can't get an order right for nothing. I'm convinced that either they don't care or they are illiterate! The order is right in front of them and they still can't get the order right. Then when you question them they get a major attitude. Something as simple as cutting the sandwich and including napkins goes right over their heads and they don't do it. The managers don't care because if they did it wouldn't be this bad! Sandwich tasted terrible, tomatoes old, lettuce wilted, no mayo and hard bread! $12 for a sandwich that wasn't even edible. The telljj survey does absolutely nothing I'm not even sure if the survey is shared with the managers or owners. The owner of this location must not know how bad service is! Back to Subway I guess.
