I have had it with this location! They can't get an order right for nothing. I'm convinced that either they don't care or they are illiterate! The order is right in front of them and they still can't get the order right. Then when you question them they get a major attitude. Something as simple as cutting the sandwich and including napkins goes right over their heads and they don't do it. The managers don't care because if they did it wouldn't be this bad! Sandwich tasted terrible, tomatoes old, lettuce wilted, no mayo and hard bread! $12 for a sandwich that wasn't even edible. The telljj survey does absolutely nothing I'm not even sure if the survey is shared with the managers or owners. The owner of this location must not know how bad service is! Back to Subway I guess.

JJ’s, in my opinion, has the best bread in the fast food sub sandwich market. That said, the service at this location needs much improvement.
This location is in desperate need of adult supervision.
I always feel as if I’m bothering the 20 somethings that work the drive-thru. It seems as if the window personnel know precisely the parameters of being plain old nice or how to let you know that you are an annoyance and interruption in their day. Ordering multiple sandwiches at about $10 each adds up quickly. Numbering the finished product would seem like common sense, but evidently it is not. Be prepared to unwrap everything and try to guess who gets what when you get home.
Greeting the customer, saying “yes” to a question, adding a “thank you” to the conversation, or just plain old courtesy escapades these unhappy people.
The finished product, when not smeared with gobs of mayo, is really quite good.
I’d strongly recommend the Italian varieties or the tuna. Day old bread is very good and very inexpensive IF it’s available. Again, this location apparently doesn’t believe in such a thing as “day old” bread because it’s never available. Try another location.
It depends on who making the sandwiches I guess, or maybe which kid is in charge that day.
This location is hit or miss. Either very good, if you’re not too concerned about attitude, you can take it home and clean it up.
Don’t be a bigger annoyance and ask for anything special like a napkin.
I love Jimmy John’s. Just not this location.
Jersey Mike’s is right next door. I wish they used Jimmy’s bread though.

I ordered the #6 the veggie. I got home and opened my sandwich and there is meat all over it. I live 25 mins away and can't go back to have them fix their wrong. I was the only customer in the store, how does this get messed up?

I do love jimmy johns sandwiches but i just sat in the drive through for 20 minutes. Was asked my order 3x twice in the drive thru once in the window. The slogan here is freaky fast and everytime i go here its anything but fast. I ordered a cold sandwich chips and a drink. Im unsure why i needed to wait 20 minutes for that.

Will never eat at jimmy johns again I went on my lunch break and the girl working at the drive thru charged my card for the wrong order. I was told by I’m assuming a manager that I will get my money back within 4-5 days that was on July 20th. I wasn’t going to post anything but I think others should know and check to make sure they aren’t charged the wrong order.

Went through the drive thru today, July 14th.
Never once did the tatted up, young lady even acknowledge that I was there. I would understand if she was new but i have seen her there a few times since it has opened and i get the same customer service from her each and ever time. Not to mention the 3 times she rolled her eyes after i said thank you when she handed me my card back, my drink, and then the bag my sandwich was in.
If you cant control your customer service and simply be kind to someone giving your business their money, then maybe dont work in customer service.
After countless times if getting attitude, Ill drive farther to Main St for now on.

This is what $9.79 buys you at Jimmy Johns. I guess $20 would have got me the whole sandwich.
Yummmmm!!! Not your average sandwich spot! Jimmy’s selections are great and I really like the half or full sandwiches for the liking, either starving or just something to hit the spot! Jimmy John’s is the BOMB! Christian took my order such a pleasure to have. He was Patient and made liable suggestions. Great people food and staff! Can’t beat that!!! Jimmy for the WIN WIN!?

I was at the Bradley Jimmy John’s and all I ordered was a Turkey Tom no tomatoes and made it a little John. I got a little John with ham and cheese. They were unable to complete this order and didn’t care.

Used to be my favorite Jimmy John's, but now the service is horrible, they have young people that always forget something or are rude. This place is always empty now.

Fast and fresh. But not only that, their sandwiches are made with care. They aren't slapped together and sent out. They truly take time in making your sandwich. Truly appreciate their attention to detail. Drivers are always friendly!

worst experience with a J-John’s ever. fast should not be in the slogan. at nearly an hour latter ordering my food still hadn’t arrived. called and they said it made and ready to go, but no one is avail for delivery. DONT accept delivery if you don’t have a delivery person.my advice, go the Jersey Mikes if you want a fresh,fast sammich.

Came in during shift change, and the man in back brought out a fresh pan of bread when making our orders, we got 2 regular sandwiches and 12/10 well worth the wait! Will be coming back again! Merry Christmas JJ

Saturday night at about 6 pm we did a mobile order for pick up . Waited an hour and decided yo call. Called 3 times no answer finally got ahold of someone. Asked when out food was coming and was told we have no drivers. Asked for a manager and got disconnected. Vcalled back and the manager answered. When asked why he did not call me to tell me they could out deliver my food he said they are busy and this isn’t this normal store he was covering for someone else.. and didn’t know they had no drivers and was just about to call mei asked for a refund and went to fiehousw instead
