2nd time in a row they messed up on a sandwich. They don’t pay attention to any instructions. It’s kinda frustrating. There are other sub shops.

The manger is extremely rude to her employees and screams at them in front of customers-employees were not doing anything wrong. Very uncomfortable while waiting for your food or dining in. This location needs a new manager.

My husband ordered us subs through the app- I was in this direction of town and picked them up. When I got home, my sub was completely wrong. When I called I spoke to a lady (I’m guessing a manager) and told her. She said I could come pick a new one up(I told her I’m not wasting more gas when they screwed up and they are in the other side of town). She then offered a refund… but then she said well the machine isn’t allowing her to give the refund for the giant sub. So she was like give me your name and number and you can get a free giant next time. Mind you this was on June 4, 2025. We went there today July 13, 2025 and they told my husband nothing was in the system. I usually order from them and they always have been great but whoever I spoke with on this day- was an employee that doesn’t belong. Hopefully other managers can look into this incident. I will also call corporate tomorrow to notify them of the incident. My husband’s sub was correct this day so it was my sub that was wrong.
We got the giant sub. I believe it was called an Italian It was a warm sandwich it was delicious. The Sandwich was big enough that me and my husband ate off of it and we both have lunch for the next day. I also got a giant pickle yum who can resist a giant pickle. The staff was very kind and helpful.

I order from this location super often- very nice staff and foods always ready by the time I get there. I have had a few occasions where I added or took off ingredients in the mobile app and once I get home, I realized they didn't do that. It hasn't happened lately so I'm very happy about that! JJ's is the only place around here that does a really great job with lettuce wraps, too! Yum!

I have loved going to this place and the staff has been very nice every-time I’ve gone. The only issue I have had recently is my sauce on the side has been forgotten and I asked for no onions and had them on my sandwich. I did go to the website on the receipt and fill that out as well! I am just a little bummed over spending money on a sandwich I couldn’t eat.

Love coming to this sandwich shop everything is freshly made to order ?❤️??❤️?????I recommend the gargantuan the J.J. classic it's a beast but it's my now & later sandwich eat some now & save some for later?❤️??❤️?????

Ordered Delivery, never showed up, claimed they knocked on my door, never happened, then got nothing. They have my phone number and could have called if they actually tried to deliver and I didn't answer the door. What a terrible business with terrible customer service. I will never spend a dime at Jimmy John's ever again.

We ordered 2 sandwiches with extra peppers ?️, when we get home, we found they did not give what we want. Called the store, they acknowledged the error. Asked to come and collect our credit whenever we want. We agree that mistakes happen and it is not a problem. But next day when we went to collect food,Manger on shift, was very rude and yelled at my kid, saying they can give peppers, yelling on customers in side store. We felt very embarrassed. Here the problem, Jimmy johns need understand is store did not deliver what we as customers asked. Mistakes can happen, but store manager can not yell on customers.very low standards of customer service. Hope Jimmy johns takes this seriously and improve the situation at store.

I have not been to a Jimmy John's in quite some time. I went there to try the unwich. I got the Italian and it was delicious. They were very fast prepared it correctly and the establishment was very clean. I will be back again!
