Food was hot and fresh! Not the best pizza I've ever had but definitely ready quickly and very economical if you have mouths to feed!

I try not to complain about fast food however, I bought 3 fresh pizzas from this location and they all tasted horrible. They had little to no sauce and cheese. Tasted like cardboard. Will not be returning.

I ordered my pizza via the app and instead of it being ready in the Pizza pick-up portal, whoever was working had it sitting out on the back counter for at least 5 minutes instead of putting it where it was supposed to go. Not to mention they got one of the Pizza's wrong. I ordered a pretzel crust and instead of telling me they don't have it and either offering me a refund or credit for next time, they sent me home with regular pepperoni pizza. I should NOT have to check the pizza while I am there because they should have gotten it right the first time or communicated it with me. Taste is subjective but many will agree the qualify has gone down for both food and customer service.
Whoever is in charge needs to get things in gear because this place is not what it used to be.

I asked my fiancée to go pick up the order I had placed. I got 2 large pizzas and a breadstick order with 5 large butter garlic sauces on the side. When she got there, they were rude to her and didn't assist with her confusion on grabbing the order (we have never ordered online from here). Once she got home, we realized that we had not a single sauce in our order. When I called to ask for a refund, the man over the phone didn't help at all. We like the garlic sauces and I think it compliments the meal well which is why I got so much of it. So the fact that 7 dollars worth of sauce on a 25 dollar order wasn't given is a bit upsetting.

Ordered a pizza through a delivery app..... The wrong pizza was delivered... The pizza was also burnt and cold.... So couldn't even eat the wrong pizza.... I called asked for management and was told there was no manager... I explained the wrong pizza came and I was hung up on.... Never again

The pretzel crust we ordered was over salted with it over the entire pizza and there was no sauce and barely warm the bread sticks were the only thing good

Foods great about 10 minutes late . The team inside was very pleasant. Uniforms were kind of off putting.
We ordered a 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 cheese/green pepper/black olive, extra cheese pizza. What we got was pepperoni on the whole thing, very few green peppers scattered over the whole thing and a few scattered olives over the whole thing and absolutely no extra cheese. In fact, you couldn’t tell there was any cheese at all on the whole pizza! Not impressed and probably won’t be ordering again.

$9 for a crappy cheese pizza is insane. People only went there because it was cheap and it isn’t anymore. I went to Dominoes and got a large New York Style for $7.
I just got a pepperoni pizza and bread sticks and the pepperoni and the pizza sauce has spicy and Hot and messy pizza

Got food from here tonight, ordered through the app. The tracker sat on baking for longer than usual so after waiting 5 min after scheduled time I decided to go in and physically check on it. Once in there and tell them my name the person at the counter turns and looks at a box sitting just on the counter not in a warmer or anything and grabs it. He then proceeded to grab my crazy bread and when I asked if it had been sitting for long he said no and to "feel the box". After walking out and actually checking the pizza the bottom of the box itself was soggy like it had been sitting on the counter a good 10 min atleast. Didn't feel like going back in to cause conflict since it has already been a long day, but I do feel it's worth the review.
