If I could give zero stars I would. Stood in line inside for 10 minutes and was never even acknowledged. Employees would not even look at the counter for customers waiting to order. Never again.

Paid $50 for a car wash pulled up to the drive-thru pickup window your roof and everything on your roof is draining all over my car. Mentioned it to the kid at the window, said I just washed this car. Wild motioning to the water falling all over it from the rooftop. Water also bounces and comes down between the car and the window contaminating food and drink. All he did was look up and shrug his shoulders. He did not even offer up an apology. Management can reach out to me with a solution.

Pulled up to the speaker as the car ahead of us had just finished ordering. We waited at the speaker for over 2 minutes before we were spoken to. Once we pulled forward we saw a worker sitting outside smoking. Not sure if they were on a break or what, but clearly either the shift was understaffed or the employees working did not have any sense of urgency.

I’ve been here a bunch of times and no matter how busy they are, there’s always a long wait, cold food, or wrong order. Currently waiting 10+ minutes for a large fry…..it’s not the first time.

This is the worst mc Donald I ever bin to I was there for 25 minutes in the drive thur with 5 cars in front of me and gave up after only 2 cars was severe you fire this Manger and start over or just close the doors if can't do any better than this there no way l can give it a star but would post if I do one

Its McDonalds, except this location always screws something up. Forgotten items, wrong orders, etc. Make sure you check your order for EVERYTHING before leaving the drive thru. The Coke also doesnt taste like it does at other locations, I suspect that it is not chilled properly.

The McCrispy chicken sandwich was extremely dry and not very fresh. Fries also weren't fresh. Orders are done at an electronic kiosk. Staff that handed out our food wasn't very polite.
Their drink machine is always broke, the typical crisp tasting drinks are usually flat at this location, sometimes they are dipping the cups in ice before dispensing the drinks and your drink will be warm, they also do not even tell you your total or repeat the order and even when the order is correct on the screen you can receive the opposite of what you ordered so check your orders thoroughly at this location.

Great estblaishment for a quick bite to eat because they you can tell they are clean and have awesome staff
Stopped in whilenat the laundry matt to charge my phone and wasnt approached about ordering anything. It was refreshing and nice to know locations like this stillet people sit and take a second to respect their establishment instead of just eating to get to know their work environment. Very impressed and one of the only mcdonalds i like my son and I eating at. 💪🍔🥔🍎🥤😋

Ordered a #10 combo after 4 minutes to order. Wasn't given a receipt. The hashbrown was not in the bag. Poor slow service. Will not be returning

It’s a perfectly adequate McDonald’s. They’ve worked REALLY hard to improve service here and it shows. You get a student crowd from the university sometimes in late night which is fun. We are unhappy McDo eliminated self-serve drinks so we may not go here as much now in spite of the service improvements.

Got home after using curbside - 2 out of 3 happy meals were missing the chicken nuggets - had to go back to the store. Asked for a manager twice, after the first girl ignored me. And while the manager got me the missing food it came with snark “do you wanna check it?” When she handed it to me, and didn’t apologize.
Our order is rarely 100% correct at this location, but never as bad as the entire main part of the order missing. Absolutely ridiculous. What if I lived out in the country? And to not even get an apology but attitude on top of it. Absolutely appalling.
