I asked for fresh everything I asked for no onions yet they couldn’t even follow simple instructions. I’m very very positive that they cannot read. And every time you try to correct the situation with them, they get the nastiest attitude and yet you people want them to get paid almost $20 an hour get out of here. The lady who took my order yesterday was rather rude. I placed my order and sat down. While I was waiting I looked at my receipt. It said egg McMuffin. I thought I ordered a sausage McMuffin. I went to the counter and said I ordered a sausage McMuffin. She replied no, you ordered an egg McMuffin. I replied I meant to order a sausage McMuffin and could she change it. She took the receipt and showed the person in back saying she ordered an egg McMuffin then whispered the rest of what she was saying. The man in back looked at me and began to change the order. She handed me the bag and said he made the order right. I realize the mistake was probably mine, but I would have appreciated her being nicer in speaking to me.

The service at McDonald's has become even more trash in recent years seemingly to match their food. The costomer is pushed to use the stupid kiosk and employees and trained to give trash service. Treat your employees with dignity so that they are curious with costumers. I hope this place goes out of business.

I wish I knew her name but I ordered an ice coffee inside while they were absolutely slammed everyone was working hard to get food out I was waiting a while for just an iced coffee and they didn’t have to but offered me cookies for the wait. It’s the little things that can make a persons day 💯 great place to get food.

100/10 Stars Every single time I come to this location, I am blown away by the customer service! Each associate is PHENOMENAL! Lovely personalities!! Kind words!! Every single visit!! It doesnt matter what day of the week or time of day. Everyone is always busting their butt's to me sure everything is perfect, down to the smallest detail. I know without a shadow of a doubt if, that if I'm stopping here. I will be greeted, treated and fed with the utmost respect and care. Inside and out is always clean and smells good. Now with that being said, today's visit was extra awesome. We used the order kiosk but dined in. Wyatt was at the front counter :D Greeting everyone, walking out dine in orders, coming out into the dining room to check on everyone's experience. Booming positive energy, everyone could feel it Right before we left he came out again to check on us and I asked to get his name. We told him how amazing the experience was today. Shout out to the hiring person because you know exactly who good people are. Also, shout out to the management on staff because if you've got a bad manager, it shows with team members. But with the experiences I've had here, that doesn't seem like the case. AMAZING, FABULOUS, PHENOMENAL, AWESOME, STUPENDOUS JOB YOU GUYS!! Keep doing what your doing!! Im so happy to see again group of people working so well together ❤️ The positivity shows through and It sticks on people when they come in. OK, it’s fast food. But everyone here is really nice to us. It’s a heck of a lot cheaper than Panera Bread it has a better Wi-Fi connection. It’s not owned by private equity. And it’s consistent. A Big Mac here is the same as a Big Mac in Singapore is the same as a Big Mac in London. We like Michelin stars as much as the next person, but our pocketbook doesn’t. Our pocketbook likes McDonald’s.

All McDonald's are the same to me. Some of the locations need the food prepared better. Have the food look close to what the commercials show would definitely help boost sales a lot more.
Food was hot and fresh, coffee was fresh brewed. Everything was delicious.

Can’t rate the food if I never got asked my order in the drive thru. Clearly we forgot we had two drive thrus and just kept taking only one side orders 3 people who were there after me got taken ahead of me.

They don't cook the food long enough....my fries were soggy and undercooked 🤮 and so were my nuggets. COOK THE FRIES UNTIL THEY ARE DONE/CRISPY PLEASE
