Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. I only waited that long because I put in an order on the app. A person finally came on and said sorry, i know you've been waiting a long time, but we're not serving breakfast anymore, can I get you something else? No, I want what I ordered a half hour ago. A lot of people just drove off without even getting a chance to order. I've never had an experience at a fast food place like this.

Curbside pickup. Order says it ready 10 minutes after we got there. Another 20 minutes goes by and still no food. Inally went inside and they completely deleted our meal so they had to make it all over again. It's usually slow at this location but this is ridiculous. Should probably stop claiming to be fast food at this point if I can get a full cooked meal at a restaurant in half this time.

Edit: 1 year later, and they are still having this issue.. Signs posted on the door say dining room is open until 11, and lobby doors are locked at 930. They need to either update their hours on the sign/Google, or actually stay open until the posted times.
Dining room hours posted are until 9, but doors are locked at 830.
Short drive through visit was plenty to notice that they need improvement in customer service, hospitality, and cleanliness. I added a picture of what the perimeter looks like with trash all around on a non busy time. No greetings from any of the two cashiers that handled my order. I just came from tacobell because I had kids that wanted different foods. It was a wolrd difference in service and product.

Special ordered food was not prepared fresh, and I got the $5 meal deal, only to find that sauce was not included with the nuggets. I was charged $0.30 for BBQ sauce only to be given spicy buffalo.
I got the mcdouble $5 box, and added an extra meat patty for $1.00, and extra pickles. It was obvious to me based on the appearance of the sandwich, the lack of extra pickles, and the well melted cheese, that the sandwich was not made fresh, and that they had simply grabbed another patty and placed it onto an already prepared mcdouble. This is a serious health and safety concern.
