Today's sandwich didn't wow me! I ordered my usual sandwich, the chipotle chicken avocado melt. My favorite sandwich from here. I took a bite of my sandwich and it was INCREDIBLY salty! I've had that sandwich many times and NEVER had it sprinkled with chunks of salt. It ruined the flavor of the whole sandwich! Really disappointing especially when you pay $13 for a sandwich. Hopefully that's the last time that happens.

Ciabatta cheesesteak was way too sweet. Chipotle chicken avocado melt was also strangely sweet. It must be the bell peppers. Wait was 20 minutes for just two sandwiches and a tomato soup. Food was okay.

We’re starting to sour on Panera Bread. And we don’t mean sourdough. Both of us are still having gastric issues from our meal there yesterday, and our pocketbooks are still hurting after having spent $37 i’m a couple of bagels, a couple of soups, half a cheese sandwich and drinks. It’s a nice place to catch up with people and the staff is certainly cheery enough, but I’m not sure we’ll be going back here as much as we used to.

This is my favorite place to go to do homework/ computer work. They play music but it’s not too loud, the workers are nice, majority of the tables have plugs below them, the free wifi is great, great sunlight comes in. I find it an easy place to focus; not too much movement happening where it’s distracting.

Nobody at the counter to take your order, asked for help and no one could even tell you there were kiosks to order at. Most tables were dirty. Took awhile for food to come out. Pricey for what you get. I have had better experiences at other Paneras.

Came to the drive-through and have been waiting for 30 minutes for 2 cups of soup. That is very unacceptable.
I ordered a breakfast sandwich one morning. I got back to work, opened the bag, and realized they put the wrong sandwich in my bag. I called the restaurant to notify them, and they were extremely apologetic. They offered to re-make the sandwich that day or the following day. I was able to come back the next morning, and they made the correct sandwich at no cost. They also gave me a free blueberry muffin and drink. Mistakes happen, and the added muffin & drink was greatly appreciated!

I had an amazing breakfast experience at Panera Bread in Bradley, IL. The sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich was absolutely delicious. Flaky, buttery croissant paired with a perfectly seasoned sausage patty, fluffy egg, and melted cheese. It hit all the right notes.
For dessert, I indulged in a chocolate croissant, and it was the perfect sweet finish. The pastry was light, crispy on the outside, and dusted with powdered sugar, with just the right drizzle of chocolate. It tasted as good as it looked!
The service was friendly, the food came out quickly, and the sunny morning ambiance made it a great place to relax. Highly recommend stopping by this location if you’re in the area, Panera never disappoints, and this visit was no exception!
