They are absolutely amazing here!!! The app was down but they still accommodated and honored the app deals. The cashier was super nice as well as the manager Maricela!! Superb customer service!! The food was fresh and delicious. I got the French Dipper and Broccoli and Cheddar Soup. I have to say this sandwich is my new favorite!!! So full of flavor and incredibly delicious. The soup was hot and very yummy and comforting especially today with the first day of winter weather. They were very busy and working incredibly hard to get everyone accommodated quickly as possible since the app was experiencing a glitch. Thank you so much for putting in such hard work and thank you Maricela for your help and having such an amazing team!!!

very expensive when I know for a fact everything comes premade… drive through takes forever, which I can understand, but why have a drive through in the first place? and if you do, just have it be a specific menu (like coffee or baked goods) instead of the whole menu.

Bourbonnais needs to do better with togo orders. I stood there for 30 mins watching new orders go in front of the one I was waiting for. Then when it finally came up the guy standing there asked the name of my order then as he was checking it then pointed to it and said well there it is instead of handing it to me.

Today's sandwich didn't wow me! I ordered my usual sandwich, the chipotle chicken avocado melt. My favorite sandwich from here. I took a bite of my sandwich and it was INCREDIBLY salty! I've had that sandwich many times and NEVER had it sprinkled with chunks of salt. It ruined the flavor of the whole sandwich! Really disappointing especially when you pay $13 for a sandwich. Hopefully that's the last time that happens.
