Waited for 15 minutes to get a manger then I was told call back in 30 minutes cause they are busy. Finally after that I was told I can get a free pizza cause my order get mixed up. Was never told there was a time limit on that so when I went to redeem that pizza I was told it wasn't possible. Never wasting my money on this place again.

The big shaqaroni or however you spell it is just a regular pizza didn't really taste all that good the wings my son got were incredibly small for the price they are selling them for coming from a pizza guru lol it was not that great I could've made a much better pizza at home which is usually the case in my and my families opinion

A papa johns delivery driver pulled out in front of me almost causing an accident. They had a white vehicle and they work at the Bradley location. I had the green arrow and he just pulls out in front of me.

Called to have a past order that was wrong redeemed for a free meal as I was told I would receive since they messed up my previous order. Called and was told they can’t fulfill my order cause I called after 5pm and I spoke with the manager and he had a bad attitude and said he wasn’t gonna waste his time on fulfilling my replacement order since it was the busy part of his night. He proceeded to say he didn’t really give shit about me being unhappy with that answer, and then I was hung up on.

Saturday 9/31 I placed an over the phone order at the Bradley IL store and because they deliver with door dash I never received the order so I call into the store I spoke with the. “general manager” Dalton Who was EXTREMELY rude he hung up on me also told me that He would curse me out along with other things I then went into the store to ask for a corporate number and he told me no go find it on the website…. I’ve searched high and low to get into contact with corporate and I can’t find one because this location is franchised I would NEVER spend my money at another papa John’s based off of this HORRIBLE experience

As a student who just finished medical school, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to the office where I completed my externships, and a big thank you goes out to Papa John's Pizza for making it all possible! This was my first experience with Papa John's, and I couldn't be more pleased.
I was impressed by how affordable their pizzas were, allowing me to order enough to feed 12 people without breaking the bank. The pizzas were not only delicious, but they also provided more than enough for everyone at the office.
I ordered online in advance, and to my delight, the pizzas were ready for pickup even before I arrived. This perfect timing made it easy for me to grab the pizzas and bring them back just in time for our short lunch break.
Overall, my first impression of Papa John's was outstanding—great quality food, excellent service, and unbeatable value. I will definitely be returning for future gatherings!

I’ve been a regular customer at Papa John’s near Olivet, but things have gone downhill fast. The pizza is always inconsistent, and the dough is often stale with bugs around the prep area. The food temperature is questionable, falling into the "danger zone," which can make people sick. Health inspectors don’t seem to care either.
Management, especially Diana and Dalton, are incredibly rude, and any complaints are brushed off. Many of the drivers also reek of pot, making it clear there’s no control over the staff. How are these people allowed to run the place? It’s chaos, and the corporate team seriously needs to step in and fix this.
