I called in an order for delivery and wound up speaking to Dalton. Unfortunately, he was rude, condescending and unprofessional. I was dealing with an issue which he seemed to have resolved then placed me on hold approximately 15 minutes to take the in store customers. Understandable. But then when he came back to the line he was so rude like he was a different person but i asked his name and confirmed it was the same person. Then he said he was he was going to put me back on hold to take care of more in store customers instead of taking my order. I let him know i had been on the line trying to place my order for appx 30 minutes and phone customers are important as well. Then he got more rude then said do i want to complain or place my order. I said i would like to place my order then he said do you want to order and i said yes and he hung up on me. I would give this place 0 stars but because i called back and Thomas answered the phone he was a bit more customer friendly, i placed my order with yet some difficulty but did get it placed and received my food via Jim with delivery. They have an 8 mile radius which is what Dalton stated and he said that i was within their delivery area. However, Jim made a statement that i was out of the way, even tho I’m only 4 miles away. I tipped the price of my order too. For it to be Customer Appreciation Day, there definitely wasn’t any appreciation. On top of all that, i ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. There was no extra cheese and lots of areas where there was no cheese at all. I figured I’d give them a try again since it’s been years since I went there but now i remember why. It’s sad because I really like their pizza. I definitely wouldn’t treat anyone, especially customers, like that. A little customer service goes a long way.

My main complaint about this place is the lack of communication. There is no delivery time, no ability to tell when the delivery driver is coming, and they charge $6 for delivery. Their competitor has tracking, tells the estimated wait time, and the option of text updates, and they charge less for delivery. Out of the last several times I ordered the same thing, twice it was not the way I ordered the item. For those reasons, I can't recommend this place

We ordered boneless wings and got home and they were bone in. Called the store and they said they could credit us for next time.. and keep the wings.. or come back to get the boneless but bring the wings back. We went back with the wrong wings and I asked if I could keep them for someone in my house that would eat them and they said no. I said for my inconvenience? No. I should have taken the credit..kept the wrong wings then reordered the boneless.. I feel like I should have gotten something for having to drive back when it was their mistake.

Deliveries are through doordash which is hot garbage. ETA was 90 minutes after food was done, thus cold pizza. Not the Papa John's store staff's fault that their company won't pay to hire delivery drivers, instead use gig workers who they can throw under the bus. Staff were cool about it and made it right, but we had to go pick it up.

Horrible customer service. I walked in and a guy in the cooking area started screaming, "No more lobby orders! We're an hour and fifteen minutes behind!"I asked the lady behind the counter if I heard correctly that they were not accepting walk-in orders. She told me I was correct and she repeated that they were over an hour behind. She then told me that I could order through the app. I asked how long that would take. She said, "I don't know. You'll have to place the order before I can tell you."I told her that we would just go somewhere else and she tried to talk me into using the app. We went down the street to Little Caesar's because I knew they always have pizzas ready to go. Call center in Pakistan. I speak Spanish, and I knew I didn't recognize the accent, and that I was having trouble understanding her, but it wasn't until they screwed up the order for my kindergarteners that I found out about the call center. Thr manager refused to do anything about it, since the mistake originated in Pakistan. She was very lackadaisical in her response, telling me that it didn't matter at all that I would complain online, as all complaints are returned to her anyway. I was scheduled for brain surgery the next day, reducing, not increasing my stress level.I will NEVER order from them again.
