Ordered a pizza around 9:15pm, website says they close at 11pm. Called around 10:15pm to check on the order, they said they were closed and could give me store credit. No explanation on why my order was never made. The person operating the phone kept talking to his manager away from the phone, heard him say “hang up” and then I was disconnected. Called back and was sent to a robot. Can’t rate the food cause I never received it

Food is extremely overpriced but they do have deals online that make it a bit more worth it. However the crew are abhorrent and if your order is messed up do not expect any kind of return, refund or remake. Had ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni and tipped 8 dollars on my 40 dollar TAKE OUT order, they forgot the pepperoni. Called and they said no problem I could have a remake whenever since they were already close to closing. A week later I called and the girl on the phone(Katelyn) acted as if I had no remake, then suddenly found it. All seemed well until I got home from picking up the order and the pizza was incorrect and damaged. Manager “Katelyn/Caitlynn”, young curly haired brunette with blue eyes gave me a hand tossed pizza instead of a stuffed crust pizza, its like a 10 dollar price difference. I asked for her to remake this order and she seemed amused, laughing on the phone call when I repeatedly asked for another employee to assist me, and insisted there was no one else I could talk to about the messed up order. I ended up not getting it and not contacting the location again cuz I literally have never dealt with such a rude individual and the food was not worth dealing with such a headache again. Pizza was damaged, I got scammed twice dont be wasting your money.

Ordered pizza for delivery tonight at 503 pm. Had pizza delivered at540. We order the stuffed crust. Boneless wing deal. Has 16 boneless wings . When we received the order. There were no wings. I called at 545 pm the lady said she remembered b the order and forgot the wings and will send them out. It is now almost 630 and still no wing. I paid for them I want my wings. Pizza was not very good but the. Cheese sticks I got are really good. I just want my whole order update after calling and really complaining. I finally got my wings at 7pm.

The handtoss pizza is actually the thin crust and the pan pizza which they charge and extra dollar for is the old handtoss pizza.
Parking: Nothing to tell...it's an open parking lot, there are many businesses in this plaza.

Superb customer service!! My daughter had a certificate for a free personal pan pizza for being an avid reader. I called ahead so we wouldn’t have to wait long. We get there and I send her inside. There was a wait. A long wait. Finally I go inside to see what the delay was. We ordered pepperoni for the topping and they made cheese. They let her keep those cheese AND remade the order! When my daughter came out she said the workers were friendly. Which they were . That was her first time doing that without parental supervision and she came out confident. I was so impressed with the staff last night that I called them and thanked them for the lovely experience. Also my daughter enjoyed the pizza. Will be back to THIS location soon!
