Bad when I got the cheese pizza it was so dry, cold, and there was no red souse on it not even a drop little ceasers has cheaper pizza and it always hot and delicious.

Love their thin crust pizzas! I usually order online, order is always right & perfect, & Super FAST! Can’t say enough good abt it! Wish could eat inside, miss having a eat in, in Bourbonnais! But still worth it! Honey BBQ boneless chicken wings are Really yummy too! Very friendly & courteous efficient employees too!

We order regularly- usually once a week. Always the same pizzas- one just cheese with the buttery garlic herb blend and one sausage and mushroom with the buttery herb blend. Yet again tonight, both pizzas delivered, lukewarm, and zero buttery herb blend on it. We call and immediately the guy that answered the phone asked for the order#, we give it, he says we're wrong, we didn't order it, yet when we asked if the 4bb garlic is the buttery garlic blend that gets added, he said yes, we say that's on the receipt, he says "oh yeah it is, but you didn't order that". Wait, what? It's on our receipt, he said it's on there, we see it on our copy, but he still insists we're wrong. The manager refused to get on the phone. I now have 2 kids upset, one that's special needs and refuses to eat because his food isn't made right. The worker was very short and pretty rude (I mean come on, telling a customer "no you're wrong" is clearly rude) my husband was on the phone with him for almost 10 minutes and the best solution they could give us, was $5 off our next order for them to mess up. This is not a first time occurrence for them to forget something or give us the wrong order, without fixing their mistake. The customer is always wrong with them. I contacted the store 30 minutes after my husband to get corporate number, they had me on hold for 6 minutes before coming back saying they were waiting on the rgm to tell them they can give it out. What? I've been doing restaurant management work for 22 years, never would I tell a customer "you're wrong, we didn't make a mistake" and refuse to correct the issue. A $5 credit is NOT correcting the issue.

I made an order an hr ago thru the app for delivery. I was charged the amount for the food and it wasn’t delivered. Called the store and explained I had proof the order went thru at their location. The manager didn’t believe me telling me it was at a different location because he didn’t see it in the system....VERY UPSETTING

AWFUL. Order is wrong or poorly made every time (no exaggeration). Employees are never friendly. I've seen a manager smoking in the lobby during late night drive thru hours. Go to the Bradley T Bell.
