We use to love their pizza. Last night we ordered it and not real happy. We use to be able to get the garlic crust and they do not offer that anymore online. The pizza tasted just "doughy", not cooked enough. Breadsticks were awesome!

It was awful! One of my kids ordered the family dinner thing and some desserts. Spent $65! That's tragic for such awful food! The pizza tasted like it came from the school cafeteria, the breadsticks were bland. The tiny Cinnabon rolls tasted like fake cinnamon not like the real deal. I felt terrible he spent so much for that! We will never be ordering from that place again.

Love their thin crust pizzas! I usually order online, order is always right & perfect, & Super FAST! Can’t say enough good abt it! Wish could eat inside, miss having a eat in, in Bourbonnais! But still worth it! Honey BBQ boneless chicken wings are Really yummy too! Very friendly & courteous efficient employees too!

We order regularly- usually once a week. Always the same pizzas- one just cheese with the buttery garlic herb blend and one sausage and mushroom with the buttery herb blend. Yet again tonight, both pizzas delivered, lukewarm, and zero buttery herb blend on it. We call and immediately the guy that answered the phone asked for the order#, we give it, he says we're wrong, we didn't order it, yet when we asked if the 4bb garlic is the buttery garlic blend that gets added, he said

I made an order an hr ago thru the app for delivery. I was charged the amount for the food and it wasn’t delivered. Called the store and explained I had proof the order went thru at their location. The manager didn’t believe me telling me it was at a different location because he didn’t see it in the system....VERY UPSETTING
showed up after 25 minutes when the confirmation said 15. my name was on the screen displayed ready, even though I waited an additional 15 minutes. one person working the store and one other doing all deliveries. any night of the week, that is horribly understaffed. when my order did finally get completed, I was moments away from leaving to grab Taco Bell across the street. the food was done, so I figured I might as well go with this. I took out my wallet to pay as the clerk behind the register said, "that'll be about tree fiddy." it was about this time I noticed that he was about 8 stories tall and a lizard from the Paleozoic Era. It was the Loch Ness Monsta! I said, "d@mmit, Monsta, I ain't givin' you no tree fiddy!"

Ordered a $10 box dinner and it wasn't bad, just lower quality than I expected. Much better quality pizza in the area so, don't waste your time with this low quality stuff.

I wish I could leave zero stars. We've ordered from the new location four times now and every single time the order has been wrong. We don't live in the delivery area so we generally pick it up or have a friend pick it up on their way out. Yesterday was the last straw. We ordered three pizzas and all of them were wrong. I ordered one pizza with Italian sausage and spinach. What I received was half Italian sausage and half spinach. And the spinach was quite literally just thrown on in a handful. The other two were supposed to be stuffed crust and they were not. I tried calling three times to speak to someone and it hung up each time after waiting five minutes on hold. When you spend over $50 on pizza, you expect it to be correct.

AWFUL. Order is wrong or poorly made every time (no exaggeration). Employees are never friendly. I've seen a manager smoking in the lobby during late night drive thru hours. Go to the Bradley T Bell.
