I had the very worst experience ever ordering a stupid pizza. I had to call them 3 times and each time they said I didnt order. And they didnt speak English well. Very hard to understand and the one lady hung up on me when I asked for someone else to talk to because obviously they dont understand English. I dont think I will Order from them again..its a shame because i like theor pizza. But thoer staff is horrible. I spoke to a guy and a woman and neither One could get my order right. UGH! Oh well i gotta go on a diet anyway. Theor 100 dollar plus a month is gone now.

I ordered from there twice a month but I think because it took so much to order that this will be my last time ordering. that was a quick 100+ a month yall lost. very rude lady she was horrible and hung up on me when I told her I couldn't understand her

Ordered their deep dish pizza today online and it was ready when it was supposed to be, the crust was nice and crispy, all around good pizza for a good price.

2 experiences to share with this place. 1st one was a massive order for our team at the store and the chicken was completely raw. We called and got an answering service and never got a call back from a manager or owner. The second was another order for our team and they forgot one of my team members items. When we called we were told we are lying and the food was in there. We assured them the food was not. Asked for a manager or owner to call. Finally when the owner called he again offered nothing of a refund for either but instead offered $11 if we came to the store right this minute to get it. If this is how you do business then you don’t belong in business. Plain and simple. No one should be eating here.

I ordered a 14 in. Chicago style deep dish with Italian sausage, garlic and extra sauce. The delivery driver was friendly and my order was delivered to the hotel quick. It was very good. My family and I enjoyed it.

This was my first time getting from the catering menu. I order the package with the chicken, beef, pasta and salad. Then ordered the 5 thin crust pizza package. EVERYTHING was excellent. Everything was ready and hot when I picked it up. Chicken was moist and crisp. The pasta just right and the salad was amazing. I would definitely use them again. GREAT JOB! Thank you.

HELL NO NEVER AGAIN. THIS PLACES SERVICE IS A DISGRACE. WE ORDERED DELIVERY ON THE WEBSITE, DELIVERED BY DOORDASH. THE TICKET ITSELF IS CORRECT, BUT WHAT IN THE BOXES IS WRONG. CALLED THE STORE THEY TELL ME TO COME AND SHOW THEM WHAT IS WRONG. YOU BELIEVE THIS? THERES A REASON I ASKED FOR DELIVERY. PROCEEDED TO ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT RETURNING THE WRONG FOOD, BEFORE THEY CAN REMAKE IT OR GIVE A REFUND. HOW ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. THEY CANNOT SELL IT AGAIN THEY OR US WOULD THROW IT AWAY.
