This was my first visit to this specific Rosati's pizza. Ordered online which was an easy process. Arrived at the restaurant which was a pick-up atmosphere and the guy behind the counter greeted me right away with a smile. The food was ready and waiting at the time estimated online and the temperature when opened was perfect. I ordered the itailian beef because a friend recommended and it was tasty. I would definitely order it again. Overall the service and taste of the food was excellent so I would recommend this place if you're hungry for pizza or something like I had itailian beef and you're eating at home or a friend's house.

Rude and when you call in to let them know they gave your food to someone else instead of understanding The situation they will just yell at you and claim they haven’t messed an order up or gave someone the wrong order in 10 years so theirs no way it’s wrong

Carry out location; have ordered pickup orders several times and always very good. The stuffed pizza is fabulous; love the sauce. Real Chicago pizza flavor and experience down here in Bourbonnais. Also appreciate the hours - they open in the morning so they are available for both lunch and supper times. Order is always correct and ready for pickup when promised; staff is courteous. Prices are reasonable as well.

The pizza is the best, but the Italian Beef is lacking. Only half the amount of beef there should be in my opinion . See pictures. I pushed the beef all to one side and cut off the excess bread and got half a sandwich.
